Hello Pking Admin here- Being black, slinging dope, and robbing people in the ghetto is not sufficient or valid rp to exempt this char from not being deemed a mugging char. In our sit you stated that you cannot mug on your main so you have not mugged on your main. The same day you created this new char is the same day you decided to mug for the first time. You also stated you where planning on mugging more people on this char. So to make it clear- Your entire roleplay cannot revolve around mugging. It is pretty cut and dry that this character was made so you can mug without the worry of consequences coming back to bite you.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So I have a ton of thoughts on this because the staff members that handled my PK did it with so much blatant disrespect its insane but ill keep it calm and just explain, This character was made 2 days ago while I was stuck in jail as my character John Catani with the sole purpose of being the ghetto cousin of T money who is a straight and narrow guy who keeps himself into legal ventures. My RP consisted of moving dope and being a thug so i was quite literally the polar opposite of my cousin and we could roll together in a crew. After 24 hours of this roleplay I decided to start recruiting more guys into our crew who had no faction ties (And probably werent going to since theyre black and just about every faction on this server has an extreme prejudice) so we made a little gang and we set up an apartment in the ghetto with props and started recruiting more guys to hangout with us and just be overall little scum lords who werent tied down to a faction. I mugged someone ONE TIME and needed help with a glitched gun we stole off him so i called staff. The staff member arrived and helped me out and i told my homeboy bet we can use this to try and catch someone else im tryna rob some more. somehow someway they have come up with the idea in their heads (Since they wouldnt let me speak and just instantly pked me) that the entire purpose of my char was to be a mugging char? no me and T money were talking about all of us throwing in money and trying to setup a whole organized faction on the server since street gang roleplay just doesnt exist here right now. and instead ive been pked since they for some reason believe my whole RP is stupid and in their opinions not RP... who are you to tell me my faction rp isnt rp just because im not a mafia if you dont want to allow ghetto street gang RP explicitly state that dont just PK my char without giving me the time to speak. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I sadly dont record because i only play this game when im not working for fun and now 2 days of my life in putting this character together is gone.

got my character deleted after running from cops and I was not even driving they said I player killed when I did not as far as I know just a bummer to lose my main character and his car just seemed not fair for something I see people do all the time

Reminder for those replying. As for the bans, not only yours but the other involved, glad to clear it up since people seem to be spreading misinformation as to why they were banned and what exactly took place. There seems to be some prevailing narrative that it was a 'friend server' or 'a stock exchange market' and that people were unfairly banned, or banned even though they never typed a message. This was the entire server, a server very specifically created and dedicated to circumventing the gameplay loop and the very well established discord and metagame rules. A discord that is outside the permitted discords list which is being used to organize deals which should be done in-game does constitute a rulebreak even if the user had no messages in the discord they still are very clearly involved and intend to use it for purposes outside what is permitted. This was populated by players who have hundreds of hours in-game and definitely know better, so all things considered the bans are not exactly unreasonable or insane and if anything serve as a reminder that yes the rules matter and yes your decisions matter, if there's an active rulebreak occurring you should be reporting it instead of silently benefitting from your involvement. What is the takeaway here? Any and all discords that exist for the express purpose of diverge related activities, communication, trading, etc are not permitted only the official faction discords are approved, you risk being punished for being involved with metagame. Can a friend discord get you banned? No, hanging out in a separate discord with your friends that is in no way shape or form related to Diverge will not get you banned. Of course if you use that friend discord to then metagame or trade for Diverge related purposes you do open yourself up to administrative action.

So I'm not really too sure what Crew Deal Discord I was apart of and participating in as a Don but my best guess is this has something to do with this Stand I saw yesterday walking around. Up by the Casino ATM I saw a guy with a stand up called the Eastern Stock Exchange, now I've been seeing and hearing about these stock exchanges popping up so I decided to look into it a bit further. On top of this guys stand was a sign with a brief description of what the Eastern Stock Exchange was and a discord link to their Exchange discord, while I had no intentions of actually risking my money by buying into it, I thought back of the JGN stock exchange and I thought it was the same kinda deal so I joined it to see what was up. Once joining the discord I was given some role, maybe called "Business Man" or something I'm not really sure tbh, but even with this role I could not see any text in any chat. Once seeing that I couldn't see anything in it, I simply forgot about it. I feel it's worth mentioning that me myself never typed or used this discord for any business/financial gain, nor did I spread the discord to others. Looking back on it like yeah I should've looked and seen that there was no UA/Management in it and it was a not legit server and also remembered that Commerce businesses aren't allowed to create their own discord as they're supposed to make a commerce thread. Maybe this is the reason maybe its not, but hopefully that explains my side of things and maybe can get this ban wiped from my record. Additional Information (images, videos, etc):

Hello, While you claim your death was the result of you being RDM'd whilst you were pk active (due to you partaking in a hit). There is very little, if anything, we as staff can do to verify this claim without a clip for you or your killer. Logs simply do not tell the full story. There is not enough evidence on our end to suggest that a rule was broke in this perma kill that could subsequently warrant your character being unpk'd.

-1 From what I have seen and been told, he's a very social butterfly and is a good guy in a lot of aspects, but his behavior and past offences are a major issue. 18 notes from over 4 years, and with a 2 week ban for metagaming not even an hour ago... not a good pick for staff. Staff are inherently supposed to be role models to others when it comes to following the rules and setting roleplay standards.
