Hello Bubby! I am the staff that has banned you, i must say you have made compelling argument in this appeal! I should've been more thorough with your ban but alas it was a very chaotic day and i was taking the mass amounts of tickets that were piling up. The reasoning behind my ban is quite obvious as VDM, while you could have been defending your friends you all were previously shot and killed repeatedly by the same people in a short amount of time. Your little group repeatedly broke NLR to continue engaging the same people in the same area, seeing that you had no weapons you resulted to using a vehicle. Hope this clears up why you have been banned! Then disconnected 2 minutes after you had died for the final time.

When you join a faction you accept a prompt telling you that you may be killed at anytime if the leader of said faction sees fit. In this situation, while the blacklist is not a valid reason for the orders, you breaking their rules of using their racket is a valid reason. Pking Admin here, Thank you for fixing your format. As Toast mentioned above you failed to follow the rules that bound you to a faction. On top of leaving the faction without permission and then proceeding to buy weed at a rank which you were not allowed to do so brought upon your death. When you join any crime faction you are prompted that you are joining a criminal faction and in doing so could put your life at risk.

Hi. I am one of the people involved in your PK. We are allies with the 14k Triad who had put your two character names Tommaso Antonelli and Walter Antonelli and your Discord pootis_man0 on their blacklist. I then asked the person who put the blacklist in what your history was about, he said you joined the 14k faction, caused some drama and then ghosted the faction for months before leaving them. Then a few days ago you joined Lucchese and we had reports from other members of the faction that you were buying weed bricks from the vendor, which as an Intern in our faction is strictly prohibited and carrying body parts on your person.
