yea but how did he find out about the witness statement, he was telling me he already knew about it prior to me saying anything about confirmation, after he OOC'd that he already knew. I started to question him, then not just that, but the logs will show that my location was definitely metagamed. He was standing right next to me the whole time, no phone call, nothing.

Hello, I am the administrator who handled your Permanent Kill. As outlined in the PK Guidelines, civilians that are not associated with criminal organizations may be killed by an organization as a result of them collaborating with a government agency to take down that specific organization. In regards to the PK request, I was provided a video of you admitting to the organization's Don and Underboss that you had, in fact, written a witness statement in regards to a mugging incident they were involved in that would implicate them legally. This would fall under that same category of collaboration with a government agency. Additionally, you mention in your appeal that there was metagame involved, and that you only stated that you had written a witness statement because he had been discussing something in the Local Out-of-Character chat. This would unfortunately not fall under the metagame category as all communication in game, outside of the LOOC chat, is considered in-character (see Metagaming Rule #10). If there is any additional proof to justify your claims of metagame in regards to your PK, I would be more than willing to review it. Good luck on your appeal.

Ye that was after he LOOC'd to me that he had obtained the information from a corrupt cop, IK damn well that he didnt roleplay to get that information, nor was the proper roleplay done to get my location, multiple Metagaming incidents. I was walking and talking that that shouldnt be allowed, whatever method he had used to find out was against the rules, thats why I was saying it out loud. Yes it was to the guys accusing me.

If it was the incident with the dead body at the ghetto, than there was some major metagaming to find info about any of that. After Looking in deeper i have reason to believe that metagame was involved not from the Rains part but from colombos as i was in a vc actively speaking to the person who issued the orders (askull) and the don Tables Talking while tabbed out streaming I haver a clip to prove this with askull and tabels speaking in said clip i have reaosn to believe they where metagaming me being tabbed out and lying to the people who killed me so it was a quick and easy hit as i was at the time streaming something to people in the vc non diverge related and askull was watching said stream.
