Hello! Pking admin here! You were PKed on the grounds of VCWP (Violent Confrontation With Police), where you were shooting at cops, they then went to the roof and after you continued shooting at them, where you were then killed. At the time I was playing another game while in call with AUI_Animator, where he said there was a PK ticket he could not claim since he was involved in some way (I didnt ask for specifics). I then got on and made an OOC message for people to remake tickets that were open so I could take the PK ticket. After I got all the information I needed from the cop who had killed you, being Corporal Ricky Long, I got a message from Animator saying that you were involved in an RDM case since he believed you were shooting at cops for no reason. I told him that I would be over there in a moment to PK your char since he was dealing with the RDM. The events after resulted in my teleporting you to another sit room and PKing your char. When I stated I was the one that killed your character I was speaking in the fact that I had just administered the PK, not that I had killed you myself. I am smart enough to not take my own tickets... In regards to you saying I targeted your char its easier for you to make a staff report, but ill give you the long story short. I PKed your char, swapped to my cop char since I wanted to patrol for a bit, looked at the tab menu where I saw your cop char had the same name as the char I had just pked. told you we had to change your name since your chars cannot have the same last name, let alone the exact same name as another char. then changed your name. TL;DR - There was a coroner ticket made (cop pk), I got on, took the ticket, pked your char, switched to my cop char, saw you were running around with the exact same name when i looked at tab menu, saw Corporal Ricky Long was looking for you, saw you, told you to change your name, and went on with my evening. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Confrontation with Police but OOC motivated/Metagame Before this was handled as a PK with Lunar, I had a admin ticket with AUI_Animator about a possible RDM ticket being handled. (which was later voided because I got PK'd, which proves more that this admin OOC motive went beyond to get me PK'd because... Why wasn't I punished for the RDM originally and the PK? No cop made a ticket for the PK, the ticket at hand was a RDM ticket.) It seems like AUI_Animator is taking a ticket for his homie or something because in the clip I provide he doesn't even let me talk on my situation. So even after AUI_Animator was handling my ticket the one reporting sent another clip of me shooting cops that happened about a hour and a half later in which Lunar teleported over and took me to another sit to let me know about my PK. In the clip I provide AUI_Animator says "Lunar hand him his PK." not even after the clip was sent Lunar teleported quick as if he knew when to spawn over. A admin would naturally watch the clip and make a unbias decision, but no Lunar went out of his way to just PK without watching the evidence... Even so the ticket at hand was a RDM ticket. Did Lunar receive a ticket for this Cop situation? Wasn't the situation at hand a RDM ticket? Why would a RDM ticket be escalated to a PK when no one made the PK request/ticket to get me PKd? I'll be honest what I did was wrong I haven't played since like mid 2021 or early 2022 and I never knew that this was a rule. Although shouldn't all the cops be liable PK as well since I killed them? The cops weren't even pushing for a PK nor was there even a ticket made for my PK from the cops. Lunar spawned over and forcefully took over the ticket and switched it from a RDM ticket to a PK and handled this himself. This feels more OOC motivated as well because Lunar is a cop that wasn't even present at the situation but still managed to know that I shot at cops a whole hour later. Even so... The ticket at hand was a RDM ticket. In the chat screenshots you will see I changed over to my PD char to continue roleplaying afterwards in which Lunar chased me down to change my name since it was the same name as the one I was PKed on. I didn't mind this since it makes sense, I was a admin one point... Although what I see wrong here is that Lunar lies about saying he was there at the situation when he wasn't. He claims he killed me but if you check logs the one that killed me was Ricky Long. (he later told me he killed me.) So not only did Lunar go out of his way OOCly to pk my char a whole hour later, he also came onto his PD char to see what my other char was doing on PD and changed my name. The name change isn't the problem. Lunar just goes out of his way to... - PK my char a hour later after no cops made a ticket about it. - He wasn't there at the situation to see what happened but still PK's me. - Lies about being at the situation when he wasn't and claims he killed me but didn't, it was Ricky Long. - Then changes to his PD char to follow my alt char to change my PD char name. - If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Here is the screenshots of Lunar being scared to say his admin name. More than likely he didn't want to be connected to the other situation and tried to distance himself by being OOC motivated against my characters. You clearly see in these screenshots I'm going back and forth about his admin name and he doesn't want to give it to me. Next is the clip of AUI_Animator handling a RDM Ticket (Which he doesn't even listen to me, I wonder if this dude is taking a ticket for his homie or something.) and Lunar teleporting over to me to issue out the PK. I'd like to state again... In this clip the ticket was about a RDM, in which escalated to a PK which no cop made a PK request for the situation that happened at hand a whole HOUR ago. The key part about this whole ticket was Lunar was waiting there to take over the ticket. The ticket at hand was a RDM ticket, no cops made a ticket about my PK. The whole situation ended between the shootout with cops a hour and a half later... Why would Lunar wait there to takeover the ticket and issue out a PK? Is AUI_Animator and Lunar taking a ticket for their friend and trying to basically target me because I killed their friend? Why wasn't I handed a RDM punishment and the PK? Lastly is a clip of Ricky Long killing me. Again this proof that Lunar never killed me on his cop character and when he claimed he did. In this whole clip you don't even see Walter Gordon being present or talking on the radio. There was another Walter with a different last name but not Walter Gordon Specifically. Lastly is a clip showing Lunar changing to his PD char and running straight to my character to change my name. Throughout this whole clip you don't see Lunar anywhere and mind you this is late night hours around 3 AM EST. There isn't many cops on during this time probably the ones you see on the clip and the two in the lobby. Lunar clearly changed to his cop char to target me to change my name. I have nothing against this but Lunar comes straight to my char to confront me about my name. What's his motive against me and trying to almost target me? Is Lunar and AUI_Animator friends with the one originally reporting and targeting me to stop me from roleplaying? It's almost like Lunar is trying to bait me to get me banned. This is a long clip of me walking around but towards the end you will see Lunar (Walter Gordon) with the beard on walk straight to me when he wasn't present anywhere.

This obviously wont be accepted due to the minimal story but honestly some true gang RP would be really nice to have bloods and crips are like a national alliance with a lot of them being "subsets" of the identity but working independently examples being: Denver Lane Bloods, Rolling 30 Harlem Crips etc kinda like crews it would be cool to see a blood/crips application come around that has a unique play of its local identity "Southside Bloods" in its story and overall basis etc perhaps a round 2 in the future but this current application wont be enough

hooooly dickride in this ban appeal, this is dude's THIRD PERMA BAN. He had enough chances, it's understandable that you guys fuck with him and you want him on the server but unfortunately he's not a good fit for this community and these rules.

Hello! As with any former UCs PK, we had to be sure all the info obtained to pursue you was valid. No metagame, no OOC obtainments, etc. In your case, your former faction's High Command presented us with the evidence they had and it did not suffice. I want to make clear to everyone - photos that are not obtained in RP (with a camera, a slash me to show using the camera, and the player with their ID showing) is not valid IC evidence. Especially when only proof is given of it being shared over Discord. Furthermore, I encourage all factions to properly record their IC interactions with others when they are obtaining sensitive info such as the identity of a potential UC. Due to your former faction being unable to reach the bar of evidence that UA is comfortable with accepting in cases such as yours, your character will be restored. To make clear, the faction previously involved in trying to kill you now has no knowledge of you and your past life. The same goes for you and your knowledge of them. It's as if the two of you have never met. If this line in the sand is broken by either side, those involved will be given a Diverge rehab retreat. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

While we found no signs of malice and it was obtained validly IC, there were too many questions raised about potential conflict of interests that we had to choose to be cautious in rule that in your favor. Secondly, we had too look into who actually killed you. Rules have had to extra clarified to show that UA thinks doing hits on low risk characters "is gay." This is not behavior we wish to promote so when it was made clear a char with no value to the player did the hit, we also ruled that in your favor. hi, its da boss. this seems somewhat interesting, but gmod has never had rp this serious nor do i envision that something like this would be plausible considering the current standard of roleplay on a broad spectrum within our beloved Diverge Networks (Trademark.) but at the same time i do think this could be interesting being able to sell kidnapped npc's or something of that sort for some off the side dough. neutral
