Nothing stops a faction who owns a FL car whitelist from doing one of two things to prevent this. Ask pendred to: 1. Change the price so the car isn't cheap and buying it is an investment for dedicated faction members. 2. Put a character playtime check when buying it to prevent fresh chars from abusing it and having them put some amount of time into the character/faction in order to buy it. Also deters alts I guess the idea that they may only spawn a vehicle from a WL if they are in the faction is interesting though i'm not so sure if that plays over well in the long run.

some factions don't own there company cars so it could lead to factions doing some next level Investigation into a cop for having there car just to realise that thye bought it from the WL owner so this is a hit or a miss.

Hello, recently while i was recruiting people i realized something and i think this could use a rule change. Its about buying the company car after getting into the faction WL, then leaving right after buying it and still being able to use it. ● If they have left the gang/family without approval from the leader, while holding the position of made man+ (or appropriate equivalent), they may be subject to a PK. Entry level associates who are not made or deeply committed to the organization may leave without harm as their position is low and they know very little. (Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc) <You will be asked to provide evidence of rank> This does not apply if they have partaken in felony criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc that are directly related to your faction (However these actions must be verified). Generally under most don's orders. I aint saying somebody who just joined a faction should get PK’d over some small/dumb reason at all. People got the right to change they mind and i %100 agree with it. But at the same time i really feel like this rule needs a lil update or something added onto it because the current system people are allowed to joining every faction WL, buys their company car without ever touching the drug racket, then just leaves and repeats the same thing over and over. Dude could literally collect cars from every faction and there is nothing against that. And there is also the fact u already get like 10k to 15k for a 30 min shift. You get the company car and WL because after the job you basically say “yeah i wanna stay as a employee” They make it clear from the start how you gonna be parth of something (legal/illegal doesnt matter). The whole point is even if u aint see anything illegal, that still dont justify taking the car and leaving. In my opinion there is 2 ways to make this make sense. Either add faction WL company cars into the same category as touching the racket, or give factions PK rights over somebody once they get trusted enough to access those faction assets which is directly related to a faction. Realistically speaking, we are roleplaying 1990 southside New York mafia type shit. If somebody comes into your business, works there for like a day, proves himself enough to get inside, gets trusted with a company vehicle and paid for his shift, then suddenly goes “nah i dont want to work with yall anymore” or just straight up disappears with access to faction assets. There is no way people would let that slide back in the 90's. Cause at the end of the day, the company car is still faction WL only and represents the company itself. Example: a couple days ago i hired like 4 people, took their info, put them on pager, got them recruited, handed them company cars and paid them 15k, told them “if you need anything just hit me up” and literally like 5 seconds after leaving they left the faction, started riding around the city with OUR company cars, spent the money and were already on their way to do the exact same thing to another faction. Because of this kind of move, cops or other people might start judging the faction just because of the company car situation, even if he’s not working for the company that gave it to him anymore. Or, without needing to add more PK reasons, just make the company car that belongs to the faction WL cant be accessed by people who is not in the WL anymore. Im not saying every little thing should lead to PK, but faction vehicles are faction assets too. If you trusted somebody enough to get him in the WL, that already means they were involved enough with the organization. Even If the recruiter doesnt explains the Illegal side of the faction, the game already makes it very clear when you try to join the WL as full time employee means getting involved in an illegal org. It literally tells you this isnt some safe clean path, it comes with risks, you might lose your character, and you gotta protect your goals while knowing all that from the start. Otherwise people can just abuse this and get as many cars from multiple factions as they want. Long story short, i really think making a change on this would be okey, wouldnt feel weird at all. Instead of the black screen with your name and the dates it should be a fnaf style jumpscare to send you away. Just really adds to the paranoia if you think your faction is going to kill you. Picture this, you’ve been grinding a character for a year +, millions of dollars and a collection of guns and custom items, you get shot randomly, you’re about to make a ticket for rdm and suddenly chica jumps across your screen. You know it’s over.

Make the server more like tarkov with specific storages for everything, we have gun bags and attachment bags Why don't we make a Sealed Drug Bag 2x2 that holds 10 drugs, and have it be a felony to have one on your person empty or not. Maybe make it so they are bought in the sewers or the barge

Hello Office Worker, After doing some investigation within the logs I've worked to confirm every pinpoint to back up these provided arguements. Firstly, I'm very sorry to hear the handling staff member did not take the time to listen to your side of the story accordingly and if you feel like you are unsatisfied, you could always file in a staff report here I went through the logs to match these reasons that lead up to your ban and have explained below. I also want to add that you are banned on only a total of 7 seconds provided from a clip which is like impossible to judge for me to get the proper context nulling evidence to me. Metagaming no metagamerino, you switched clothing. VDM + NITRP Just because you did not kill or hospitalize a person doesnt mean this is not vdm, it could also mean you are just attempting to intentionally try to hit a group or individual. I could totally understand the bike is out of control but that would've been the problem for the driver, if you can't control a vehicle don't go as fast you know? One clip you grazed a car but its all like very minor. But to me again is very hard to judge since there is little to no context provided by these reporting users. It could've been that they cut out a certain part or just clipped the part where it has happend. It looks like this has only happend on two situations where you grazed the car. LTAP After checking logs there was no point where you tried to avoid roleplay or punishment; Whilst LTAP could be used in a sit or the user leaving after directly breaking a rule with zero intention to rejoin. You immediately reconnected to the server neither was in a scenario at those times, for future reference however try to mention in any diverge ticket or general chat or administrator that you are rejoining if you think you ltapped in a situation. Powergaming There were a few intervals of you switching to a few characters but not alot and they were around 10 ish minutes, It's hard to proof from the given context you were trying to Force certain roleplay or actions. Just because you have multiple characters doesnt directly mean powergame if you are clearly keeping 'the character relations' separate. What does this suggestion suggest? : - The time it takes for vehicles to despawn and return to the garage is currently 2 minutes (from what i've timed. if there are other factors in play it is likely not accounting them.) I believe that the timer should be either uped to the higher ends (15+ minutes before despawn) OR removed entirely. At least 2 Possible positives of this suggestion : More LARP, YAY! (Will be explained below) QoL update! At least 2 negaitives of this suggestion : Dev time Could cause lag if theres too many vehicles at a given time. (Will explain more below as well) Overall summary : I've noticed a lot that people in the midst of talking to someone or eating at a resturant just trying to RP, have to literally leave and stop what their doing every so often to go unlock, enter, and relock their vehicle to stop it from despawning. I understand its likely done to prevent lag / build ups of vehicles. But I do believe it is wayy to short of a timer. PD have this issue as they can't end up arresting someone without having to WALK them back half the time. Or people like me who just enjoy parking and eating at places / interacting with those in groups around the map for my car to despawn infront of me several times. I think if it can at least be expieremented with higher despawn times to kinda test performance to see how it'll go overall it'd be a great thing for everyone Apologizes if this has been something denied before / not following a format if there was one already. No need to argue with you On a mafia server i figured lying about anything would be fine as lots of people lie 24-7 as long as its related to whats going on. Hence why i did aswell I am not anyone banned or blacklisted and only went with that because I wasnt aware of the persons issues. I figured it was a easy way for a promotion or to be recognized easily. as they had made him seem like a funny guy and similar to my personality. I was not aware he was banned or I never would of agreed too it. I do not believe the ban should be held for being dishonest with people in game, at no point did I recognize I was certainly going to be banned for taking over the personality of someone i had never heard of simply trying to gain rank with them. I now see he held onto the clip for several days and only posted it after we had a falling out, He knows im not who i said I am and is only trying to punish me because he wants me out of the jews. Hence why he held the clip for that
