I'm sorry that you had to die but unfortunately that's the way things work. You fucked up your hit and precautions have to be taken. You had been given too much information on how to stay safe and not get caught whilst doing a hit and had been a witness to our Head Enforcer killing a guy in front of you. If you had simply missed a few shots or your gun wasn't loaded then we could've looked past all that, but actively running away and asking for us to stall is a no go.

I had only simply wished to take every single precaution to make sure that the hit was flawless, I explained to your head enforcer everything on why I didn’t do what you had told me to. i had quite literally begged him for my life and with pure panic in my voice I had also told him everything. you had jumped to conclusions without so much as an investigation, an interrogation even, I wasn’t pat down, I wasn’t searched, nothing. you had me killed because I was nervous about failing a try out I had been wanting for a while.

Hi. I am the person who ordered your death. Yesterday we sent you on a hit. Our Head Enforcer told you everything you needed to know and supplied you with some equipment to ensure things went smoothly. You said that you had a plan and he went along with it. You claimed you owed him money or something. I’m not entirely sure of the details of your supposed plan. But once he drove you and the guy you were supposed to kill down to the Harbour, you started making excuses, saying you needed to get money out of the ATM. You then proceeded to run away, asking the guy assisting you to stall the victim. It seemed very suspicious to us that you ran off instead of following orders and killing the guy, so we suspected you were a possible undercover cop and that’s why you couldn’t go through with it so we had you killed.

Hi there, I would like to immediately clarify that I was fully willing to carry out the PK on their behalf however I had forgotten to take the precautions of gloves and ski mask in my ATM due to me being nervous when I was given the order. in my nerve induced haste I forgot the equipment, ran to grab them thinking I had time but turns out I didn’t. thats my side of the story done, it seems I got PK’ed because I got nervous.

Hello, I set your character active as result of your faction's leadership giving orders, when you join any criminal faction you accept this prompt: The faction that set you active did so because they thought you were a rat. Their reasoning was that you refused to go PK someone for them and ran away while using excuses. While I do not feel this PK was unjust, good luck on your appeal.

Hello, PKing Admin here. After reviewing the clip and reassessing my decision regarding your character's death, I have determined that the PK issued to your group, including yourself, remains valid. From the footage, it is clear that the three of you were actively participating in a raid at the Ghetto. All members of your group had the means to gain entry to the room. During the encounter, you were providing protection for the individual lockpicking the door, alongside another member of your group. Once the opposing party intervened to stop the raid, you engaged them by returning fire. The resulting gunfight ended in the death of both yourself and the individual you were protecting, meaning the raid was unsuccessful and your character was killed as a direct consequence of that conflict. Regarding your allegations of cheating, I understand why the footage may have raised concerns. However, after carefully reviewing the clip, I found no evidence to suggest any foul play. The player in question appears to be highly skilled in PvP, and having personally observed them participate in both PvP and PvE events previously, I have no reason to believe any hacks or cheats were involved in this encounter. I also found no evidence of third-person peaking. Even when the player briefly repositioned by backing into the room during the engagement, they remained within the normal limitations of third person gameplay and did not gain information through prohibited means. Hello there, banning staff member here. As we both can agree, you created a character that seemed to have ill intent around it, exemplified further by you again admitting to item transfer here. The only reason you were caught doing this too is your friend decided to mug on another character that was flagged as a mugging character that you then benefitted from too. I can appreciate that you feel sorry about what you done, but unfortunately you still broke rules and major one at that, being honest a week for what has happened here is very lax of me.
