My sexuality, the contempt for me aside, what basis is there in banning me permanently? What evidence do my accusers have? The burden of proof frankly falls upon the staff now. Rag on me all you want I really dont care, I been told x10 worse by others, so I ask the conversation below isnt targeted at who I am as a person and more so the accusation present that the reason 'alt accounts' or whatever doesnt really hold much weight when I play all the time as Rockwell and train people from morning to nights end. If this is denied, I will persue appeal still. As I dont intend to give up easily especially when I can prove I am right, and when I can call out wrong doing. Lowkey, if someone paid for me to get banned wouldnt be surprised, but id rather be told that as the reason than BS. Side note said friend as well likely won't even try appealing as this is a clear display of the extent of some people and their hatred, and I especially dont wish to be associated with it, but I tolerate it. To the friends I have made I hope you all enjoy the funds we have made over the time we did, and use it wisely. People are mad cause I still succeeded even with noone taking me in, no clear way to make money or do anything, but my friends, they made it possible, and atleast they will reap the rewards of the hard work we grinded. This guy is the last of a dying breed. Good sense of humor, great at building and knows the ropes enough to help others learning how, and is very good at staying In Character and keeping RP fresh. It’s rarely “stand around and be bored half idle” when he’s around and if he has anything to say about it. I’ve only even seen him break character when he knows we are alone and usually the conversation reaches a point where it crosses over into OOC territory. He has always displayed good ethics if not good faith and I believe he would make fair decisions and enforce RP on the server in a fair and balanced way. Something we desperately need right now. Hello, Staff Member that banned you here. Placing drugs on another players property is considered Powergaming, regardless of your intention. You could have hidden the drugs somewhere else without potentially implicating the property owner in an offense or creating consequences for them. Your previous Powergaming offence was also taken into consideration, I gathered opinions from 2 other members of staff regarding the situation and after reviewing their opinions, I agreed that the 3 day ban was appropriate mostly due to your previous offense. The fact that the property owner reported the drugs does not change the fact that you made the decision to place them on the property in the first place.
