Hello, We prefer that players on this server read the rules and understand them before doing things such as raiding/mugging/scamming, the rules are very clear when it comes to what is- and what is not allowed. Not knowing that the server is protected under the American 1st amendment (stated in the rules with exemptions) does not mean that you can disregard some parts of the rules such as leaving to avoid RP while raiding in order to just "avoid" the confrontation that stems from your actions. Its almost in the name of the server... "1990's mafia roleplay." you will need to roleplay any and every interaction you have when it comes to the server. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Hello, The clip that was provided to us by the party that was scammed shows you admitting that you had stolen the clothing, regardless if it were the truth that you were mugged or not, you had admitted to scamming and stealing the clothing. The clip that you had provided us through this appeal; while not having audio, still shows that you were speaking when you entered little Italy. Given that the person who was pk'ing you had people helping him, they managed to identify you through your voice. Obviously this led to you being shortly PK'd. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Pure larp

nah i remember being in taka i think in 2024

So in theory you can cut the cats off your car I can easily abuse this

Yeah we would for sure deal with an untrusted faction that got raided every other day , you guys are inbred retards

the romanians are already out of control with the crime!!

issue with things like this is either you make it a PK to get caught and almost no one will do it or you dont and all the minges will perma steal cats

I don't see what this proves other than your side failing to roleplay further. Meeting has been made, deal has been arranged not our fault if you don't have the balls to continue on. Could do what you did 2 years ago and go silent again instead of polluting the comments with nonsense, I won't entertain you further.

In real life thieves looking to quick buck get a angle grinder, floorjack and rip the Catalytic Convertor out for 150-300$ payday by the scrapyard all within 30-90 second time period. Certain factions with auto shop, warehouse, chopshop properties would have extra roleplay added. How it'll work: It will take 10 seconds since its a videogame, cars despawn etc. etc. Then the auto-shop, chopshop or warehouse you take the catalytic converters to will buy it off you making a price like 100-300$ just as in real life, and sell it to a NPC for 700-1500 making sense to own a industrial spot. Victim pays repair price for new Catalytic Convertor. Adds a reason to leave out a sentry to watch the cars, adds roleplay and crime and interaction between players.

Nah I said you guys were retarded and didnt want to deal with you

+1 I think they deserve one... last... chance...

Weren't you the Capo your Faction Leader tasked you to do a deal and forgot to come up with the drug amounts at Bonnano and going silent like a teenage girl, thinking we're trash because of your own incompetency

will jmoorsey be making a return with this faction? thats the real question!

weren't you still in the womb back in '24

+33 cool rp, they've been selling ecstasy on the streets, so extra points there for real life accuracy my only worry is that the pickpocketing rates are about to skyrocket...
