His medal picks up his mic no matter what( most people have a push to record audio button toggled) I can verify this with another POV that clearly debunks your claims. Hello. I Was involved in deciding whether this was a PK or NOT as i was also an Admin online at the time. The rule you are referencing means they cannot KILL You for failing to comply with their instructions in this situation. However you pulled out a gun leading to your death. you were killed because of the fact that you pulled out a gun therefore breaking Fear RP whilst off duty and dying because of it. If they'd killed you for NOT Putting your hands up then this would've been Invalid but that simply Was NOT the case.
