You guys are literally handshaking in the middle of the situation, do you seriously think that just because you have a mutual handshake with your friend at the scene you're entitled to protect him? I just realized one time I got rdmed by someone but when he was shooting at me randomly I tried to shoot him back but I died then I reported to the staff member and they told me since you shot back it’s not an rdm from his side, and that I could’ve reported the rdmer and not shoot back at him. And now in the clip it shows a minge cop arrested my friend then I shot him then he tried to shoot me but missed. So it’s the same situation.

Yes, you are correct on the issue of having something done for the ghetto but you also have to understand sometimes people place dupes on accident. Pulling him from where he was or a simple pm to find out what he was doing blocking off ghetto would have been a more logical move to solve this issue. For the sky basing issue that’s so obvious not sky basing flags removal, he’s building something in an area whereas no legitimate rp going around him and he’s not using to benefit off it in character. This shouldn’t be a pet flags removal from seeing this, In my opinion I would have asked him to remove the props and head to the build server if he wanted to keep building instead of taking removing his flags.

"You may attack Officers to save others..." is literally the rule. Either you are wrong or the rule is wrong, in which case "attack Officers" to save your friends is an incredibly misleading rule. I myself have played many hours on Diverge for many years (since its launch), and as far as I've always understood it and have been told, you may attack Officers to save your friends. Obviously, "save" is a pretty ambiguous term but the worst thing a cop can do to you is arrest you. Like there is nothing else to save them from. I don't see how you can say that he can't attack cops to save his friend. Please explain how you interpret the rules. Regardless of context, he followed the rule. I mean you're talking about all this he needs to understand the rule book. Not to mention once the cops start shooting back, he can't have RDM'd them. Even if the first kill was an RDM, once the cop shoots back at him he has a roleplay reason to fear for his life. And THEN, the other cops showed up and tried to arrest him. Totally apart from the first group he killed, responding to the situation, and he is fully justified in killing them. ps: wow nvm you're clearly just an idiot. Hello, Whilst we appericiate that you are very sorry for your own actions, you recently started to hit the switch to "care" for roleplay instead of being an overall nuisance and minge. Your flags got removed since you were propminging and ruining others from RP because, you were very angry that your character was Permantently Killed which was also caused of your minging behavior. I do not believe you should be given your flags granted yet, to me its to soon. Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified. You were building some unfeasible skybase out of metal props on top of a huge tree, you'd previously placed a load of huge props all around Little Israel, and then blocked the entrance to ghetto with a floating base which you left there. Your ghetto base inhibited RP and prevented cops from entering the ghetto during active RP. Then you were next at harbor, again in a floating base made out of random materials and metal and just placed on top of a tree. This is your 5th PET abuse incident, so I would argue a blacklist was justified. Good luck on the appeal regardless! (I comped you, by the way)

I was there for this guy. I have built plenty of times at harbor and always have had zero problems. There is no place to sit and just build when your in city and harbor is just the best place. Fuck trying to build on the build server. Its hard asf to sit there and have to go through tools that are useless. Also building on a sandbox map is hard cause you dont know what props arent allowed. This guy is dope as fuck and also builds dope dupes. He needs his flags FO SUREEEEEE + 1

Now I do know I have had notes in past and my pet flags removed like 2 years ago which i did take seriously and havent gotten notes since. I have asked for permission for this build for my block party event and as I was working on it Calink the admin that stripped it from me did not even give me a warning and just stripped my pet flags from me causing me to fall from a height which i did lose my firearm and did not get back (I was given it back just want to edit it here) now I am just super confused on why it was stripped out right instead of getting a note I feel like this is completely unfair and I should get my pet flags back because I REALLY need my pet flags to run my events for my faction.
