Before you got perma'd, you had a month and a half worth of time banned with your first ban being late 2023. No, i do not believe you're a changed person after just 3 months of your ban. POx11 is crazy you obviously need to have some skin in the game by paying for the unban since you had 11 chances before perm on the 12th. I'm not gonna claim to be perfect but you ruined someone's experience 12 times so far, 4 people in one go on the 12th time.
