Garry’s mod is not perfect, these client side things happen and will pretty much always happen to some degree. Unfortunately though situations like this don’t usually warrant staff intervention, including this situation. I see no reason to reverse this PK just because something happened slightly different on your screen.

User shows a complete disregard for the rules, both in-game and in the admin sit a well as here on the forums with the schizophrenic paragraph that was typed up. You first joined March 5th 2026. Playtime is at 16 days, 7 hours. You have accumulated 10 total bans in the 3 months you have played here. Not acceptable. Your 9 previous bans total ~26 days of ban time. Meaning you spent about 163% of your time here banned. You may re-appeal this ban in 3 months when you can demonstrate you actually want to play the server properly and follow and respect the rules.

Although your intentions may not have been malicious in the situation that led to your blacklist, you ultimately still abused your flags here. With dupes such as car bombs and spike strips, you always need to ask staff for approval to use them otherwise it may be seen as abuse of your flags. Unfortunately, due to you having a record of three notes, all related to prop abuse. Coupled with the fact you wasn't blacklisted that long ago, this appeal will be denied. This does not mean this blacklist is permenant, but we would like to see an improvement in both playtime and quality of roleplay, before this blacklisted is lifted. If this blacklist is lifted in future, I want to remind yourself and anyone reading this. Being a donator gives you access to the Sandbox Build Server, here you are able to mess around with props and test ideas you have regarding dupes and props.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: It wasnt really a rule but i will show you the clip its a bit of a bug from the server you can slow down the clip at the beginning my aim was shit but towards the end of the clip you can see that i shot the cop 3-4 times to the head and he didnt even got damaged that much he even showed me him clip which he got damaged once. Hello!! This as already pointed out by Sigil, individuals who are being mugged do not have to comply with the orders "f7 put your hands up" or "hands up or die" and put their hands up. Besides that- OP was otherwise complying, he did not attempt to fight back and paired with being in shock and frozen in place; he was not moving or running away. The act of just shooting simply cause they don't put their hands up could otherwise be considered RDM. I'm disappointed, for someone who mugs a lot you sure aren't well versed in the smaller finer details! Matador please take sometime to regulate your temper rather than go on a spree to mug and pk people, this is not acceptable behavior on the server and we are disappointed with your conduct. Hello! As already stated by the PK’ing admin when you joined the faction you accepted a pop up saying they could kill you at anytime granted they had a valid reason. The reason was beyond just your situation with the cops. Was also stated that as a buttoned member, or made man, you weren’t upholding your oath. Your situation with the van that you admitted too also shows your behavior unbecoming of a made man to your factions HC. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hi! Original banning staff member here (I extended it from 10d -> 30d) I was alerted by a player after they had died that you had picked them up and slammed them on the ground. This was confirmed by multiple eye witnesses and a clip of the car that hit him on accident driving way. I brought you to a sit and you say you didn't do anything wrong, so I put you back and ask eye witnesses. After getting conformation I pulled into another sit and I talked to you about how slamming someone on the ground is RDM, you proceeded to pull a gun and say "like this" and RDM the other person in the sit, right Infront of me. Then when I'm trying to speak to you about your ban, you attempt to RDM me, alas, as an admin I am in god mode. There is your original ban for: RDM|RDM in sit|ARDM in sit It was extended to 30 days after reviewing your history (5x POs of RDM and 5x POs of VDM total of 10 random killings), this and the rest of your history was presented to upper admins, there they made the final decision to extend to perma. All of the ban was not just my decision, as an admin I do not have the power to extend past 30d, anything past is reviewed by upper administration. Now on to your appeal: 1, I brought you to a sit in the beginning to see if you'd admit to slamming him without me having to pull eye witnesses (this would've been a shorter ban, as you would've shown accountability) instead of confirming it, you deny that you did anything, so I had to pull others in the situation. 2, Proper escalation is not "he is shit talking, I'm going to slam his head into the ground" it would be talk -> punch -> fight 3, In your appeal, you state not once but twice that you are not sorry and would do it again, that is not a good look.
