Music played over mic must be done so at a reasonable volume, must be done in a car (or at a piano/microphone RP performance) and MUST be era appropriate (1990 or older). Report all violations to staff using @ or the player report section on forums.

You shouldn't be allowed to micspam music while in a vehicle, its usually some shitty overly loud song that is super annoying then they sit their car in front of your business or ride around the same area micspamming it. They only do it to annoy people, I would think, if they actually think the music they micspam is good they should reevalute their life choices. We cant turn them down, only their cars. Its usually music they would be denied to add as a cassette. It should be considered Micspam and not actual RP.

I recall the last time you appealed it was also an apology but I was generally unconvinced then. Especially given you have 16 bans total including a previous perma before this one. A story of get banned, wait, apologize, repeat. I appreciate and understand that you were "younger" when you made these mistakes but I think another symptom of youth is the inability to really comprehend (or care) about consequences, or long term consequences. "I was young im changed now" doesnt automatically erase your past. You aren't owed a fresh start by virtue of aging. Everyone ages.
