Id appreciate being unbanned considering im 20 now and i was like 17 when i was banned, i was trolling on a server i liked and i made the mistake of ruining the experience for other players in doing so, i apologize and would like to be unbanned, also contrary to what you may say or believe, it was the real "rem" they had roles in the server and talked to me about how they previously were staff.

I have been playing for a little over a month and a half, and I spend a lot of my time on the server, especially during the early and late hours. Since I live in Hawaii, my timezone gives me a good opportunity to be active during hours when there are usually fewer staff members online. I have noticed that when issues happen during these times, tickets can sometimes take a while to be handled, allowing rule breaks and other problems to continue. I also understand that I have made mistakes myself, including minging in the past, and I want to be honest about that. I am working on changing the way I behave and becoming more mature and responsible. I want to use this opportunity to help other players, handle situations when staff are unavailable, and contribute positively to a community that I have really enjoyed being a part of. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: One of the main reasons I believe I would be a strong candidate for the staff team is my activity and availability. Since I live in Hawaii, I am often online during the early and late hours when there may be fewer staff members available. This allows me to be around when players may need assistance or when situations need to be handled. I also want to help improve the overall roleplay experience on the server. I enjoy seeing people take RP seriously, and I want to help prevent players from having their experience ruined by minging, NLR breaks, or other rule violations. I understand that staff are expected to be fair, mature, and respectful when handling situations, and I am willing to put in the effort to become someone the community can rely on. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long) I do not have previous staffing experience on Diverge, but I have been staff on games such as GTA and Roblox for a long time. I have gained experience handling players and situations, and I feel like this could be a good next step for me. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned a few times on Diverge, but I feel like I have learned alot since then. I have taken the time to read and understand the rules, and I genuinely want to change my behavior and become a better member of the community. This is something I have wanted to do for a while, and I do not want my past mistakes to define me or take away from the effort I am putting into improving myself. I was banned not to long ago but I think it was for a soundboard but I do apologies for that and I will not do it again. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite part has been the amount of Jewish knowledge I have learned from being in Kosher. It has been really fun and interesting, and I have enjoyed learning more about the culture and traditions. I would say I am fairly well known within the community and have made a lot of friends through playing on the server. I regularly interact with different members of the community and have built good relationships with many of them. I believe I have a decent reputation and that most of the people I interact with would describe me as friendly and easy to get along with. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Yugi, Monaclu!! Someone RDMs and you are currently off duty. How do you handle this?: Since I am off duty, I would not interfere with the situation myself. I would gather any evidence I can and notify an on duty staff member about what happened. I would provide them with the evidence and let them handle the situation according to the rules. If there are no staff members available, I would make a player report so it can be dealt with later. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make sure I have enough evidence before making any accusations. If I continued seeing the behavior, I would submit a staff report with the evidence and let higher ranking staff investigate it. I would not ignore it simply because they are another staff member or have a higher rank than me. A member of your faction or friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDMing and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with them. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would ask another staff member to handle the ticket. Even though I know the person and believe they normally do not act that way, I could still be biased because of our friendship or faction. I think it is important to avoid situations where my personal relationship could affect my decision, so I would let another staff member review the evidence and handle the ticket fairly.

-You were given orders to stop moving and look at a certain wall, while you decided to keep moving and make eye contact while told not do so. they never said once to not move at all and they never specified what wall. so i went to the only actual wall. i dont know why we are saying stuff that did not happen when there is a video of everything that occurred and was said. -You then started walking into the wall that was close to the edge so you can jump off.... walked towards the only wall i could not jump off of if i wanted to jump i would have. and what benefit would that do for me. dying? -You also had no fear for your life whatsoever so this makes in my opinion a valid PK. im sorry my voice was not filled with absolute terror and fear ill do better next time. but fr i did what i would think most people would do and try and follow instructions to the best ability. i had no feasible weapon and no intent to resist so i had nothing to worry about. i dont care about what items i had on me and as long as i complied i would not die. so that was what i was trying to do comply.

first half of this is just why u guys mugged me which i never refuted. and the "You were told to face the wall and proceeded to walk towards the dropdown to the dumpster instead" if you look at my clip you can see i did not do that and walked towards the only actual wall that is not a ledge with a drop. legitimately went the only direction i could stand against.

after the guy i was looking at said "dont look at me" then i looked away from him then they said "look away from us" and i did. followed instructions as they were given. 2 what exit the 40 foot drop? telling me to face the wall and i go and face the wall and not the other building with the edge. if i wanted to jump as several of you have said i would have from RIGHT INFRONT OF ME instead of going to the wall. and what benefit would killing myself while pk active give me like you guys can see the clip i went to the wall and stood there for half a sec before getting aired out. and as the discord audio shit i did not mute shit and what relevance to the validity of the pk does that have??
