Hello! Banning admin here to provide a bit of context. Your character had 7 hours of total playtime. By your own admission, this character was created after being PK'd from Lucchese, and you were using it to "come up" and "get money" while waiting to rejoin. A character with 7 hours of development has not been established long enough to carry any meaningful consequence if lost during a mugging. Per the Mugging Rules: "You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay." A majority of your time spent on this char appears to have been searching for mugging victims. Today alone (8/29/2026) you have tied up and mugged three people. A character with no faction ties, no established relationships, and minimal playtime being used to mug removes the risk that is supposed to come with mugging. The rules are clear that mugging carries the possibility of a PK, and that consequence only works as intended when the character committing the mugs has something to lose. Thankfully, the server is getting more realistic. Shooting a player in the knee prevents them from running (until they apply a splint) which is cool. My suggestion is they also fall over for a couple of seconds. Maybe a couple new ways to kneecap a player can be introduced like repetitive hits with a melee weapon to their legs. Also, I think it would be cool to see players bleed more often after being shot or hit with a sharp melee weapon. I'm not sure if it would make the server laggy for blood to trail the player as they bleed but that could make it interesting for forensics/detective RP. Players would need to use stitches to stop the bleeding (it can't be used on themseleves). While bandages and first aid kits will replenish the players health, without getting stitched up the player would bleed to death.

The main issue here is the ooc beef surrounding involving Kosher members. There's enough evidence that this heavily influenced the decision, even giving the contract specifically to Kosher so they could kill Logic. While I understand Logic wasn't a saint in this situation, I think this boiled down to beef and dislike which was pushed IC with 'faction relations' used to justify it. The ooc beef continued after this PK, with borderline harassment involving personal pictures and information. ( Keep is civil gentlemen. ) Further, Logic was infact in a non diverge VC ( bad on everyones part. ) with both Askull and Tables while streaming his game. Askull gave the orders while in that same VC, gave the callouts while Logic streamed, regardless of the legitimacy of the callouts. This muddies the waters substantially. ( Keep yourself muted and gagged on discord if you're part of a hit. ) For all of these reason I'm going to accept this appeal, void any knowledge of the Colombo faction and place the character as a civilian. For everyone involved, don't push this OOC beef further or their will be consequences. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
