Gonna be real I hired this kid when he first came around and I’ve only had positive interactions along with positive RP not only when he was with me but outside the faction too (from my personal experience at least along with haven’t interacted with his cop in a while) a lot of people seem to be hating on him just because he’s a PD main and obviously you won’t like someone whose arresting you/not playing on your side and if he did obtain rank at a sped up pace that’s kinda a PD internal issue more so than defining him as a person I truly think he wouldn’t be a bad staff member I’m quite shocked to see that’s he’s 14 when I’ve seen a lot of maturity from him Pendred was running servers when he was 14 iirc +1 personally

And as far as time goes, it took me 5 Months to get to Lt and 7 to get captain so I don’t understand how time is relevant in this context ? Honestly it seems you have a personal problem with him that has 0 bearing on this particular topic since you can’t explain yourself like an adult.

I like how you say he sucks but give 0 explanation on how. I don’t understand why people hate from outside the club. I mean maybe you have a police char that is stuck in a certain position or maybe you just hate police mains but you have provided 0 context to your argument.

My first PK was like this, assisted by staff. If we could have done it on our own with the forensics/dismemberment system, that would have been great. +1

If my appeal was about pretending my past offenses did not happen, I'd be lying to you and the staff. Taking accountability and admitting I didn't earn an unban is just me being realistic about the mess I made a year ago. The point of the appeal is not to argue that the past was okay, it's more about me showing that my mindset has changed permanently. I am just asking for the chance to prove that the person I am today is entirely different from the person who got banned.

+1 I've played with him on multiple servers throughout the years and he's always made the RP experience better and more enjoyable. I think he had a lapse in judgement and at the time he probably wasn't thinking too far into the future. If given a second chance I know he would be a positive addition to the server.

I am not going to dispute. Looking back at my behavior leading up to my ban last year, February, it was incredibly immature. I understand completely why the staff decided to pull the trigger on my permanent ban, especially given my long list of past offences and bans. I recognize that I did not respect the rules or the staff, and I honestly do regret the fact that I chose to act out repeatedly. I am writing this appeal now, over a year later, because the time away has given me a lot of perspective. I genuinely believe that I have grown past the mindset I had that was so disruptive to other people. I really am done with the rule breaking, the childish behavior, and just being a pain in the ass in general. I miss the roleplay opportunities in Diverge, specifically, I miss roleplaying as a lawyer. That kind of focused, hard, and serious roleplay is what I want to return to, not the immaturity that got me in this situation in the first place. I am not asking for a blank slate, I see that I have already been given a lot more chances then I deserve in the past and that I threw it away. I do not expect immediate trust, but I am asking for an opportunity to show that the person I am today, more than a year after my ban, is a completely different person from the person who kept breaking the rules. If I am given the opportunity to return, I can guarantee that my focus will be completely on the more serious roleplay aspect of diverge that I do miss and I can guarantee that I will be following all rules, unlike how I used to act.
