Great idea in concept, but this isn't actually Southside New York where everyone lives and hangs out. This is a video game accessible by people across the world with different schedules and levels of activity.

The suggestion is simple in concept but may be a bit of back end coding as I am not sure if there is an existing add on, but I saw a similar system on an existing gmod server (although I believe it was developed by that server network). From my limited knowledge it is already base settings that players can manipulate others props, and this can be stopped by specific servers. My suggestion (if possible) is to design a system that allows a player to do the above by a C menu option or something with two party consent so people can't be trolled. This should terminate on disconnect, manually via Q menu, or char swap. Each player should be able to manipulate each others props with all tools available while partner up. The reason I suggest this is many times, especially for more extensive dupes, it would be nice to build with 2 people but the limitations of that currently creates a larger headache than it would be worth. The constant need to keep track of which prop is who's and asking for them to manipulate their props makes current multiparty building not fun. If I am able to find a workshop add on that allows this system I will edit it in but my current research failed to do so. Not sure if it's possible by just adjusting server settings or if coding would be required as I am unaware of that technical side. Just wanted to throw this suggestion up as a possibility.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: It was late at night, and after returning from being AFK, I found several individuals around me and had my vehicle stolen. That is simply background context. After returning again, I noticed I was being followed. To keep this concise, I believe there are two clear reasons why this incident qualifies as a false PK. First, the attempted mugging violated server rules regarding location. The rules clearly state: “You may not mug in a public place. You may, however, pull a weapon on someone and bring them to a secluded area to rob them. This can only be done when no one else is around.” In this situation, the individuals attempted to mug me in the street, which is a public area. We were also not in a red zone. At no point was I moved to a secluded location before demands were made. This alone makes the mugging invalid under the rules. Second, there was no clear or valid mugging initiation. According to the mugging rules, initiation includes actions such as holding someone at gunpoint with the intent to rob them, demanding cash or items, or making it clear through actions or statements that a mugging is occurring. In the video evidence, the only demand made was for me to get out of the vehicle. No demand for cash, items, or any indication of a mugging was made. As a result, I was not even certain that a mugging was taking place. Because the mugging was attempted in a public area and lacked proper initiation, it does not meet the requirements outlined in the server rules. Members given the Capo role are trusted members of the organization (and if they're not you're a shit faction leader and a retard) they should be trusted by the Don to know who can and can't recruit and it shouldn't be strictly up to the Don to give this role out. Activity, timezones, and other issues can cause having only one person in a faction being able to give out the role a headache. If your HC can't be trusted to determine who can and can't be a recruiter without direct Don intervention then PK them and move on. This is such a retarded limitation.

Yeah I agree as long as it's not a role only given to the Faction leader. Allow this to be managed by the Capo role(like the in game perm role) just like giving out the recruiting role should be.

I think this is a cool idea honestly an Irish faction would be something new for the server and the pub front is a solid way to create natural RP for both members and civilians It looks like it would keep people busy and active instead of just sitting around waiting for things to happen overall seems like it could add some good variety and organic roleplay if approved. +1

I have fully changed who I am and truly changed my RPing by venturing into other RPs like Fallout, DarkRP, FiveM, Halo, Half-life 2, and etc. I really want to come back to serious roleplay and I know that I am actually ready for the environment than I was from a year ago. I truly want to come back and impact MafiaRP positively with a good RP experience and give others the same. I have been clean for a long time now and I really am interested into playing a server like MafiaRP because I am really into crime and am taking undergrad to get into law and I am super interested into crime. I have really matured and have a lot more time to play the server.
