What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *
I want to help people late nights (I work late so most of the time I am on it's late night when there is less staff on). I'd like to learn the rules better and by having help by staff I think I could help others understand the rules better themselves. The only staff member in Taka is currently pyro, and I'd like to encourage more of my faction to try and help out on the staff team.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *
I've been here a long time, I have a good understanding of the rules, and I am a complete fucking unit. I also have no bias and will not pick and choose who is punished. Others may have bias but I personally am only biased if string is the rulebreaker. (hes getting perma banned)
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
Not on GMod but I was a vehicle developer/community manager of a FiveM community.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers?
If so, why?:Yes, just being a jackass I think once was for VDM and another for Racket abuse. I didn't understand how racket abuse worked (I've come a long way shoutout Monaclu) 
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *
You either love me or hate me there's really no in between unless you don't know me. Not only was I a FL for a long time but I have a good reputation 
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
Honestly, I enjoy PvP and friendly conflicts the most, so any time that I am able to shoot my gun, I am having a good time. There is no "favorite" moment because I have had a lot of good times on here.

Pyro, AceAdmiral, Our fearless leader Pendred, and Canadian Bacon have all said that I am an amazing addition to our staff team. Also Cam said so (shes famous)

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: The only way I am going to handle it myself is if there is no other staff members on and they are RDMing someone else/mass rdming. Assuming there would be other staff members on, I'd ask for another staff member to handle the situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a staff report.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Personally I would try to avoid taking the ticket myself if possible that way there is no accusation of me having bias, however if that isn't plausible I would simply handle the situation as I would any other.

+1 He said I was famous, and I agree. Additionally, this man is very scary on the streets. Don't get caught alone, and for that I think he brings a positive influence to the diverge community. Great roleplayer, advocate for quality LARP and rule-following, and the bringer of justice. I did have one incident in an alleyway with him, but besides that hes great for staff.
