Trigger Perma Ban Appeal

Dude doesn't have a great track record but he's very young, recently started playing pretty legit, and I don't think it's quite fair how far back some of these "P.O.s" stack up on players.

It seems like extortion to milk an unban pay, at this point.

Not to mention the actual offense was legitimately just a regular speeding and hitting a  jaywalker, not an intentional VDM, I think it's in pretty bad faith that this was done.

Free this kid. This is a bullshit ban. The punishment definitely doesn't fit the "crime" here.

You have racked up 4 bans and 8 notes since the start of 2026. Double that since July last year. Some of these include AMRDM, NITRP, LTARP's, Minge, VDM, RDM, Prop Flying, Prop Flinging.

Your behavior has been consistent for the last year.

You had a recent note that stated you should be banned on your next offense, but had luckily made it through 2 more notes without receiving another ban. The VDM that people in the thread are referencing was likely the one handled by SuleG, who verbally warned you, minutes before I handled the other VDM that was more blatant and deliberate.

The initial ban is certainly valid, as you did VDM and had a huge amount of priors.

I banned you for 7 days, but upon reviewing your notes more indepth, I found a note that brought me to ask a higher member of staff who recommended you be perma'd.

I know that I’m permaed myself and haven’t had the best interactions with him recently, but the perma ban seems a little egregious.

The dude is a good guy and most of my rp experiences on Diverge come from him and a couple other people. He’s a good and legit rper. He embodies the biker/gunslinger archetype

The majority of his bans come from when he was a new player. He’s changed his ways immensely. I feel it’s unfair to add on previous bans. 

I believe what would be best is to give him one more chance and make this a couple week ban. A perma is too much imo considering what other people have done and got a slap on the wrist

I don't believe should be Perma banned honestly and I have never seen someone get banned because they have multiple notes how should notes effect the situation. And just because people sometimes want to do something fun in the server instead of grinding because he's done a lot of that he owns multiple whitelist he's high command in a faction how can he be seen as a minge and also most of his bans are from when he just started playing his last ban was in march 5 months ago he may have had notes since then but notes aren't bans I just hope this can have some positive effect on the situation thanks for your time.
