Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Well I think perma is a little over the top! You see I was already known but never banned till someone opened up a blackmail folder and released the files and somehow I’m banned due to blackmail. I’ll be honest I don’t play and won’t be playing anytime soon BUT I do want to return at some point.

Why should you be unbanned: I do not believe I should be unbanned no I did the crime and I should do the time! But being perma banned someone catching strays and I don’t even play anymore is wild! Havnt cheated in months lmfao. Seeing if I can get this bumped from perma to like 3-4 months maybe! Yea know last I remember blackmail rain day folders to get back at people wasn’t allowed! Before anyone says it yes I did admit to it because honestly no point in hiding it when it was already know! I mean he’ll toast knew about it that’s how he had that photo in his rainday folder! 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): also not cool bring me into drama randomly when I don’t play currently

The blackmail part was definitely disgusting and something that should never have happened, however that doesn't change the fact that what you did was unbelievably wrong, you were not only an Altoviti Don but also an Admin, you even took a screenshot of yourself with the cheats on while getting promoted in the NYPD and joked about it.
You absolutely deserved the permanent ban -1 all the way

"Blackmail folder". I was just sent screenshots literally today of your cheats so I had to post them. If your ban gets reduced/removed then it's only fair that Kenji's does as well. However you were cheating when you were staff and you were also Don of a faction like Turkish Andy said. I don't really care if you do/don't get unbanned, I'm just trying to advocate for people to get punished for cheating

There's like an entire faction (of the Italian persuasion) that is full of cheaters. We all know which one but no one ever does anything about it.

1. As don I was in jail 99% of my time as don so no idea why you are crying about that. Also as don you don’t PvP. 
2. I didn’t take that screenshot someone else did and kept it for black mail. It was turned into a gif. Added proof if you really needed it.

Ahahah so true there are so many cheaters like Adam who never got perma banned but someone who doesn’t play like myself randomly gets dragged into drama than I get perma banned when I havnt played for like 2 months.
