I’ve interacted with Logic a lot and can confidently say he’s still a young soul. That said, when it comes down to brass tacks, he consistently approaches situations impartially, shares knowledge, and enforces the rules fairly.

Having played nearly every role on the server, he has both the experience and the availability to get the job done effectively.

I think someone is a widdle bit gwumpy about not getting his way in ESU. Logic_Nova may be the child but he's not the one that acted like one.

Application is decent, but there are lots of errors (spelling/grammar), and the last situational response is worrying to me. Lack of understanding of the first situational question. Overall, just a concerning lack of reading comprehension and the complete lack of awareness of the concept of "unconscious bias," leaves me worried about how this person may impact the staff team.

There is a lot of room for improvement, too much of such for me to be comfortable giving anything more than a -1
