That said, when it comes down to brass tacks, he consistently approaches situations impartially, shares knowledge, and enforces the rules fairly. Lack of understanding of the first situational question. Overall, just a concerning lack of reading comprehension and the complete lack of awareness of the concept of "unconscious bias," leaves me worried about how this person may impact the staff team. There is a lot of room for improvement, too much of such for me to be comfortable giving anything more than a -1 Link to comment
