Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: There has been a truck load of times where staff has been needed late night and there has been zero/AFK staff to take tickets, during the late hours the server is crawling with minges screwing with people and they need to wait in the morning to have anything done about it. I would like to help this out because I'm usually up during these hours where staff lay dormant when everybody is in need of one, I have been a very massive supporter of Diverge and would like to help out the community in another, larger way.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I'm 100% active, almost every day and on at critical hours where nobody can get a staff member. I have bulk knowledge about the servers inner-workings and rules as I have been involved so much with the server. I also would like to see a big change in the server so if I become staff I would also enjoy hosting GM events to alleviate the bordem.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Garnet Gaming, Moderator, 3 Months.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have, mostly stupid petty situations, RDM, LTARP, ECT when first starting out in the server, I was pretty mingy in my first month playing the server and didn't contribute anything. I believe I grown out of this phase completely and have been extremely active in trying to grow the community.
 

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I am very well known in the community, some people despise me, a lot of people like me. I am extremely blunt, honest, and sometimes aggressive with everything I say or do. I think it's refreshing to have a personality type like that because it clashes so hard with other individuals on the server, I have a lot of love/hate relationships with a lot of people but nobody can call me dishonest.
 

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment was/is growing my own faction inside of southside, it's been a stressful yet intense experience with all of the political climates and in-faction squabbles, I think it has actually aged me a few years mentally... I wouldn't trade it for much though because I see it as a minor achievement that I get to host a community within a community that has such radically different politics than what is common in the server.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation and @ staff, in no way shape or form would I take my own tickets for situations that I am directly involved in.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip the abuse to the best of my ability and send it directly to someone with a higher rank.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would have another staff take the ticket to avoid any bias in its entirety, but if there is no other staff present then I would take the ticket and must treat them the same as I would any other person on the server, despite being my friend or faction member they would get no special treatment. I would ensure that there would be absolute zero bias.

Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.

This has happened with you a few times before, not as staff but in role-play I’ve personally seen you do things out of the ordinary because you were fucked up drunk. Making irate/heated decisions due to being tipsy.

Not a bad guy, spoken to him a few times but from seeing "Me when i lie" to responses isnt the best look, ESPECIALLY with seeing multiple claims of a risk of alcohol and bad decisions making

it kinda just rings some red flags in my eyes
