Hunger change/update

I think it would be pretty cool if when you were full hunger you'd regen stamina back faster and the lower your hunger is, the slower it would regenerate instead of if you're 0 hunger you take damage and walk slow for like 3 seconds.  Changing this might work with the thread Pendred opened about having food come in shipments instead of at cash registers.
