With all factions, you want to add a new unique reason to why you're there. Heres the thing, the server doesnt need more factions that are just "different" because of ethnicity. A lot of what you described is already being done, Fox has offered you some of his opinions/critiques that would make your faction a little more coherent. Its important that you realize its one thing to be a unique faction, its another when your faction isnt just a repeat of the same formula. 

I personally dont mind diversity, but the diversity you are trying to bring to the server is not practical. Its more than just being an Indian faction, its also about immersing yourself into the life of a gangster in the 80s, or well now 90s. An Indian mob could have some potential but I see a lack of creativity for this faction.

- Why is an your family involved in organized crime? Indians arent exactly notorious for organized crime.
- How has life in NYC effected your people's way of living that brought you to the point of entering organized crime?

Those are just a few things that you should think about. The backstory isnt just a who your crime family is, its the core of your faction it makes up everything people that get on in your faction to do. If that RP is just standing around doing hiring RP and selling slurpees in an indian accent, I believe you should give your application more thought.

We are involved in organized crime due to us being refugees and having a deficit start compared to others and we are trying to live the American Dream.

NYC has affected our way of living due to us being racially stereotyped all the time and always being underlooked. We were born into this society with a cultural prejudice and want to establish a sense of brotherhood and this brings us together as an Indian faction

issues on different char shouldn't affect what happens on his other char. I don't know why your hating on him and your acting like the NYPD is respected. I don't think a single person likes the NYPD and I don't know why you're praising it likes its some bigtown thing
