So your whole idea of bringing rp is to buy "very unique uniforms, pins, and vehicles." So, no actual intention of promoting Russian-based rp that will show how unique and different you guys are to the rest of the server.

If you are only now looking into knowledge of russian rp it seems you had no intention of actually focusing on roleplay and instead rushed things because you wanted to run a faction.
This just seems like a desperate attempt to power grab into the server. I understand you have been a former HC of a certain faction, whether or not that was top 3, I will not know; however, that doesn't mean you will know how to run a faction from nothing. 

Again just seems like a faction that doesn't know its identity and will probably change to some other nationality after 6- 8 months.
