Hi i’m the admin that got sent the screenshot of your orders. You guys agreed to roll and one of those rolls was/was worth 300k (suit worth 300k..?) You may have bought donator from him and bought some other stuff from him afterwards, but that doesn’t erase the 300k bet. I checked some stuff and he said “You still owe me 300k” and you guys also did roll. Right before your death I was also sent a screenshot which you said “i didn’t want to play by his rules” and that you wanted to lower the amount you owed him to “150(k)”… You gave him 150k but there is still the other 150k you owed him. Overall, the debt wasn’t paid… (Financially harmed yourself or another member of the gang (+10,000$) ) You were also PKed for disrespecting higher ups which you already know and explained. They told me that you have been disrespectful towards the higher ups for a while and have told you quite a few times not to do it… like every dons order goes and what I sent to you… “Criminal Faction Warning: You've been transferred into a criminal faction. Basically to sum everything up you disrespected higher ups when told not to multiple times, and you owed over 150k still.

Hi I'm the original person who banned you! I banned you because you got dons ordered, PKed, and you came back on a different character and started killing them. Originally, you ran them over killing one man and knocked a woman out. You proceeded to get out of the car and say "You didn't have to kill me" and "You could've just told me to leave!" and then you started shooting them. You went into their business and killed them for no real reason which made me ban you. Overall, the "tell those stupid n* that I have their ips" was what made your ban permanent.

Hi i'm the one who banned you. You had one other prior from today for OOC in IC. I deemed your OOC talk to be worthy of a ban due to the fact that you had 1 prior note from today, and you've been playing for a while so you should know the rules of OOC in IC. I would've thought you would know your differences on what you knew IC and what you knew OOC. I told you that you could retaliate by using equal force but you didn't which isn't my problem to deal with. You knew the specifics about the faction that you shouldn't have known IC causing the ban i.e how to differentiate them from other crime organizations from around the city. I waited many minutes for you to come back because I pulled you into a sit but you never came back. Another staff member told me to follow through with my ban so I did.

Hi I'm the person that banned you for RDM. I updated your ban to 2 days due to the fact that you got 3 notes within just the span of a couple weeks. Anyways he said "this is your last order" but he had no gun out. He then pulled his gun out because your friend probably said that he felt unsafe. It does look dumb but as me and the person reporting you demonstrated in the sit, having your gun on safety is a idle threat! Having your gun off of safety is a threat though. All of your notes in the short amount of time made it clear you don't understand what RDM is. As I said before you had 3 notes within a couple of weeks making it obvious that you needed a little time to learn what RDM is.

Hi i’m the person that banned you. The obvious reason on why I had banned you was because of RDM. He took your car and was just driving forward a little bit and then stopping so that you couldn’t get in. Your excuse for shooting him was that “he took my car, i wouldn’t be able to get in obviously and he was running people over” I saw his POV and I checked to see if he ran anybody over and he didn’t. Yes he might’ve taken your car but you’re not allowed to shoot no warning. You said you have been on the server for a few months and that you knew the rules but you have to at least give a warning before open firing. Hi! I was the person that banned you. You did pull out your gun and the officer did ask you for your ID like all cops do but you aren't allowed to do that. As I said in the sit, you have to wait till he states that hes going to arrest/detain you, but you just automatically pulled your gun out and shot him in the head. You have to wait till they fully say that they're going to detain/arrest you before assuming they're going to arrest you right away. (I think you could've just gave him your ID and then ran away but you just shot him, no words said.) Your last ban was from Jmoorsey (Jmz) for about 3 days and you also had 3 notes for RDM, I banned you for 3 days to give you the same amount of time to re-read the rules and to give you a little break.

Hi! I'm the staff member that banned you. So in this clip that was provided to me by the person you and your friend RDMed, it shows that you two were punching this person to death for no apparent reason. When I brought you into the sit you told me that he punched you and you were defending yourself but based on these logs he never hit you once. Your excuse was that he called you bad names and hit you but the logs state that he never hit you. Overall, your behavior in the server as well as multiple people had reported your behavior as "mingy". Just based off of what I had seen on the clips and the multiple reports from other staff it was quite obvious that you had no intention to roleplay (NITRP). I feel like the time that I had given to you was more then generous due to your previous ban which was 3 days long and and less than a week ago for the exact same reason.

I can't handle the ticket since I witnessed it and to avoid possible bias toward the situation. If someone makes a ticket for RDM and I hadn't witnessed it then I would go on-duty and deal with the RDM ticket accordingly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would collect as much evidence as I can by clipping it. After I collect a good amount of evidence I would bring it to UA and they can deal with it however they'd see fit. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket if nobody took it already and collect as much evidence from the logs and the clip provided to me so that there wouldn't be any assumption of bias. I would just treat them as any other person who RDMed and give the correct punishment even if I knew the person.
