Hello Paul, I was the admin who banned you for a Mugging Character. You had a Kosher character and a Civilian character, although you didn't have a main set, it was quite clear that your Kosher was your main. You bought shipments on your Kosher and never even tied anybody on it, while on your civilian character, you tied people and never even bought a shipment of oil. It seemed clear that there wasn't any intent to do anything on your civilian character besides mug people, since you had only mugged on your civilian character and had done a LOT more stuff on your Kosher, like paying kickups/taxes, and being a general contribution to RP, UNLIKE your civilian character. You also had a previous note for mugging at a stash the same day. That's why I banned you for as long as I did.

I originally banned you for a week, I believe, and then you tried to evade your ban by alting, which caused your original ban to be updated to a permanent one.

Hello! In the clip provided, it clearly shows you dropping a brick of Heroin on the sidewalk and then walking over to the Blue Lobster with it. You drop the brick inside the Blue Lobster and say, "Yo, this is what you guys wanted, right?" and then walk out. Another problem with this is the fact that this was during a slight conflict between Lucchese and Supreme, you have a main in Supreme, and then go on an alt character to drop a brick of heroin on their property. The reason why this was power game was due to you 'forcing players to commit crimes' against their will (Which was you dropping heroin in the Blue Lobster).

Logs state that you zip tied someone else, and, again, people/allies went to your higher ups and stated that you were scamming them. They said YOUR NAME in orders, and you were PKed by those orders. I did realize you had the same name on your other character, but it didn't have the same nickname and wasn't in Kosher. This confirmed that you did, in fact, mug someone. I asked the person who put the orders on you, and people were going to him, saying you were trying to scam allies. Your HC believed their allies and the people telling your HC about what you'd done and had you taken out due to the complaints about you.

It was other people telling your higher ups that it was you and that you were mugging and robbing people. There is logs to confirm that you did tie someone up, joke or not, they believed that you were mugging and scamming and were too much of a liability. You did join mafia and you also did agree on the terms when you first joined.

Hi, the reason why you were PKed was due to you mugging people and scamming allies. I checked your logs, and it did confirm that you did tie somebody up with restraints. Your higher-ups also kept on getting notified that you were scamming allies. They killed you for these reasons because you were quite a liability for their faction and could have started some problems for them.

Hey man you were PKed for going MIA, not paying kickups, and threatening members of the family. Now, this PK is different because they did have some evidence against you! I did see a part of the clip where you basically say you're going to mug high command, you have some people that would do it for a certain amount of money, and if you leave, you're gonna take some custom clothing items. This was a threat to them, so these were all the reasons on why you were PKed!

Hello! As the banning admin stated before, you were hiring people to mug with you so that you could have numbers and avoid the consequences of possibly losing your character. Now, you weren't the mugging character, but you were hiring people to mug for you, and that is a big no-go. You have an extensive amount of POs, so you should know what the rules are. Considering your previous bans and notes, a week is very lenient.
