Looking into the story of the positions regarding the room raid do line up, including you being killed in the crossfire, while the hit itself is very circumstantial most of the information seems to be correct, in this instance there is no reasonable proof to definitively point this to being an invalid kill. This is pretty obviously a retaliatory killing for things that occurred on a different character. Even if it isn't the explicitly stated reason it obviously subconsciously influenced people's emotions when performing/ordering the kill. While, I can't force you to play with the person or accept them into your faction you also can't use things or feelings about situations that allegedly occurred on other characters as a reason or means to issue PK orders. Addressing this, I see a lot of internal faction PKs being done with the reason of 'bringing heat' and while this can be a valid reason to remove a potentially problematic person it's also being taken to an extreme where an individual with a felony won't be hired or will be killed just because they have interacted with an aspect of the reality of being a criminal. You are a criminal, mafia organization, it's really not uncommon to work with criminals and individuals who have felonies, having a felony or being arrested on minor charges is NOT a valid reason to order someone's death. 'Bringing heat' means that as a result of their actions there is an active police investigation or due to their actions another member of the faction was arrested and implicated, simply being arrested for a crime unrelated to the greater faction is irrelevant. You must provide direct evidence that their activities have brought heat and done damage to the faction or their members. We'll likely be demanding more direct evidence that a person being arrested would cause actual tangible damage moving forward, I.E Caused an investigation Caused a search/seizure/warrant to be issued and executed Caused a fellow faction member(s) to be implicated or arrested provided information or testimony which harmed the faction (Snitching) I will aim to amend the PK rules to reflect this. As for Francis Pastore he was seemingly not involved in the criminal side of things and could have easily been un whitelisted nor was his arrest a detriment to the faction. He will be un'pked, moved out of the whitelist and all knowledge he may have had is voided.

You didn't seem to learn that alting didn't work the first time.

If I recall you accumulated a lot of bans over a short period of time and basically had no intent to roleplay properly. I understand it has been almost 2 years but how have you changed during that time? Have you participated in and actually played on other roleplay orientated servers without getting banned? I am inclined to agree with Zqrxz in this context given the clip that the appealer has provided there was very little actual roleplay to the kill. Had he pointed the weapon at the offending individual and ordered them to drop / return the item, giving them the option to react and comply, then killed them if that person refused or attempted to flee; then I would see it as a valid kill, however in this instance the victim was instantly shot without the ability to react, roleplay, or even be made aware they should not touch the item. This isn't dark RP, a simple infraction like taking a valueless item is not grounds for instant KOS. I also cannot verify the claim of RDM bait, in the future if you believe someone is baiting make a staff ticket in game to report them, or when appealing a ban include a clip with longer context so we may see other examples of the alleged baiting. Users who are not involved replying as if they understand the context of the PK, according to the PK log you were killed in a violent confrontation with police. The admin that handled the ticket will reply to this thread with the clip and other information.

Also to further state the point it isn't a case of us 'being wrong' having a banned player possibly access the server while restricted is still a possibility on a legitimate account of a shared user. As such the system issues automatic bans, it isn't 'wrong' as it can't read intent. Please avoid being banned so this isn't an issue in the future. Welcome back.
