I agree with this, and I have an idea that might help. Since there are really not many ways to track down someone who committed a mugging, we need more ways to get IC proof. Maybe to help with this and add to the server's roleplay, we might be able to get something added that maybe could be left on scene and taken by only the people in the faction that got mugged/mugger", even by only using maybe a /me to get the evidence, or maybe an IC item. For example, maybe the perpetrator didn't wear gloves when restraining a victim and left fingerprints on them or some type of DNA to be captured. After being restrained, maybe somebody could do something like this, "/me uses a Fingerprint testing Kit on restraints to test for fingerprint. Then have the staff decide the outcome whether they had gloves on or not(a clip might help). Whether the mugger had gloves or didn't. This could even be a way for factions to use corrupt cops to potentially find out whose DNA/Fingerprints it was and if they are in the system through RP. I'm not saying that this is the only way this could be done, but I think it's something to think about and could be an alternative to finding out who mugged someone while adding RP and helping people get revenge on their muggers. Once you have 100% undeniable proof that someone mugged you through this, you could call the staff and have them set PK active. As for how this could work, maybe up to 15-30 minutes after the mugging occurred, someone could use a Fingerprint testing kit or something of the matter that could be used to collect the evidence. Maybe there could be some type of "Fingerprint Testing Kit" at the barge that someone could buy and use IC to collect information. This item, when used, might do a /me that says "testing for Fingerprints" or something of the nature, and then add a "Fingerprint slide" to your inventory when used. Then, when staff are available, they can rule whether the evidence is credible, and can be used ic, as they do have the logs to show(or clip). I'm not saying that this is the only way, but just giving an example. The current state of mugging is very straightforward, and not a whole lot can be done to muggers. If there was more IC ways to get evidence, then maybe people could find muggers and stop metagaming from occurring. Instead of metagaming and flooding someones dm's after a mugging, they could go IC and try to see if they could collect information somehow and figure out who the mugger is. Something like this would actually provide more real RP to the server and could help all around, in my opinion.

I agree with this section of what you've stated, but everything else is kinda dumb. Would be cool to maybe have a c menu option where we could take whatevers in peoples pockets up to like a 5k cap or something like that.

I only have 1 real PO for a mugging char that has to do with mugging, other than my current ban. You have no idea what you're talking about and are just dick-riding. Nothing you have said at all is relevant to my current ban and can help with any decision moving forward. Have you considered reading what I was banned for and forming an actual opinion on my current ban, or are you just gonna keep shitting on my appeal? I'll go into depth on my ONLY mugging char ban that was actually for mugging other than my current ban, so that I can include some perspective. I was on another character ages ago, mugging everyone in sight and got banned for "mugging char", which was Valid. This time, I was on my main char, had lots of worth, followed the mugging rules, and actually provided rp instead of just minge mugging everyone. So, considering what I was banned for when I was actually a mugging char, I have learned from my mistakes and did not break any rules whatsoever.

First things first, the evidence is not "damning"; in fact, no evidence has been provided. Just a clip of me mugging 1 person in an alleyway, which was within the rules. Instead of just shitting on my appeal, it would be nice if people could actually understand what I was banned for. Mugging Char | Extensive PO's | NITRP | A mugging char is pretty much a character that is not valued and has the sole purpose of mugging people. Typically, alt chars, not main characters. - However, my Hans character is the main character that I've had and maintained for over 2 years. - Another point is that my character is valuable. I would like to say every time I mug, I am aware that I have millions of dollars full of custom clothing in my bank account and that I can lose them all. -"You may mug one person / singular group of people every 15 minutes." I haven't had a cop car for over a year. Also my experiences with you in the server have always been pretty chill so I was wondering if the hostility was towards me. I would also like to mention I was almost always running the Garrison when I was in the server and never touched the coffee shop. You are thinking of the wrong person. Out of all my muggings on Hans since being back, I have only pk'd a few people. Also, the clip someone provided somewhere above this of me only mugging someone with no value is about the only clip of me mugging someone with no value. So, get your facts straight and quit acting like all I did on the server was mass mug and minge. You, just like a lot of the people in the server, just don't like people mugging, it's as simple as that. I have written in a document every mug I have done on my Hans character since being back and only 2 of them didn't have serious value. Sure, there was a rare occasion where I was in an alley and couldn't see that someone didn't have serious value. But acting like that's all I went for is completely wrong. Never did I mass mug, NITRP, or PK hunt. I only hear people complaining about the mugging problem and never telling people to put their gun on safety in alleyways. If you are dumb enough to have no guns out in a mugging zone then you are just stupid and deserve to be mugged. Also just curious because apparently all I did on the server was mug. Is there any proof of that? All I have seen from you ( the banning admin ) is just saying it was a group decision from other admins and they feel that's all i've done aswell. It would be nice if I could see any sort of proof of this pk hunting, mass mugging, and NITRP that you're speaking about. I suspected that this person had items on them worth money and it's kinda hard to see in the ghetto. I would also like to point out that I didn't even shoot the guy, I would have tied him up and took what he had but the guy I was mugging with killed him.

I can see how being an avid mugger could be breaking the rules if that's the only thing I do in the server. But it's pretty clear and people have even said it on this appeal. I run the gunstore, sell guns, grind, and hire as many people as I can as of now. Just because I mug frequently doesn't mean mugging is all I do. Who cares if I mug someone every now and then? I'm risking the character that I've been grinding on and had for the past 2 years. It seems like if mugging is this much of a problem, even when done correctly, it shouldn't be in the server.

I understand this isn't the best clip to highlight my roleplay but does show some type of rp. I don't usally clip normal rp situations as that can be a waste of space. Most of my clips are just when I get rdm'd so I can make a ticket.

I was laughing because one of my other associates came in and was escorted out by the owners for some reason. (Glamour Punk) Which I thought was funny because we kept roleplaying as if nothing had happened and as if we didn't know him.

The reason I have been at the Garrison so much, specifically, is to get more hires for my faction and sell guns to make a bit of money and stimulate roleplay. I personally have been tasked by my faction leaders to get more hires for our faction and try to help with numbers. I find that more competent hires usually show up looking for a job when they see advertisements posted rather than just hiring random minges on the street. Hopefully, this could give some perspective on the situation, and I understand how it could have seemed odd.
