The man was murdered, then he ran and immediately cried in the dons dms about dying which caused him to request an appeal to see the reason, which then lead to them obtaining information OOCly about an IC event that had happened. Here are some photos for their OOC conversations which lead to IC rp events. Please note the last messages where wacht claims to know that jmoorsey PKd Mike, when mike just hot murdered in character. Wacht then demotes character for said event, and then sets pk active, resulting in character death from information gained from a dead man in a private ooc dm. The quote was “we brought it up to him” not “when i messaged him” , read it again, but slowly. meaning him and others had knowledge of an IC situation where the other individuals concerned were not present and should realistically have no knowledge of this man’s disappearance. I.E the man who died and the man who committed the crime should have knowledge of this death. Anyone else having knowledge of this IC would be considered metagame. Is that what youre telling us?

+1. Oil is a waste of time as it makes dogwater profit on top if it holding so much bank space (in the eyes of non donators even at least) on top of having to wait until theyre actually around. New rp interactions would be fun.

I think itd be another fun option for oil people to have esp since shivs arent common and they can sell and trade them, as we all know, oil isnt profitable for anyone. Having more things for them to find would be cool like for more craftable weapon options

-1, dons orders are present for a reason. Should a person become unfaithful then its up to said faction to deal w them by any means they see fit. If they dont mind the car riding around town w their image plastered to it (though the driver has no affiliation) then by all means let em.

To add; i think billboards to advertise in game stores would be cool. Say lucky arms buys a billboard or garrison, they can have a board approved for advertising on a new taxable property w a custom board.

I agree w this. Love the whole map; but ive never seen anyone but a literal criminal growing plants in the mansion. Its not seeming to be utilized as intended, though I dont know what it was actually intended for. I know you (penzaddy) said no buildings though adding actual boats (non movable, like house boats people rent marina spaces for) that players can rent would be nice, as there are more than one of us here that miss the old townhouses and the privacy they brought to each and every shady deal they witnessed. It would be another possible income generator for whoever owns the docks, another event area for houseboat parties (or anything idk thats just off the top) and give players another reason to go to that part of the city.

I can vouch for his faction management skills in this server. Played many underground gambling events, as well as other underground activities such as mugging, crew deals, boxing events (hosted from other reputable factions in the city). He’s not a new player, he just touches grass. I see where you have concern for playtime though you dont have to spend months of irl time in the city to see that its the same thing everywhere you go under a different name, respectfully I believe the goal is to bring new ideas this community wants and combine them with proven ideas from other communities. I only have shy of 1mo in city time though i myself would also like some new flavors to the city, whether it be new rackets, or ways to make money in general (which lets be honest is like pulling teeth here) so we can hope to aim for more RP for the city in hopes of keeping the community we do have involved and motivated to continue playing on the server we have all come to love, as well as retaining new players who are just passing through.

Maybe im not around enougb, tho itd be nice to have some events there too, its a nice spot

+1 new rp havent seen a cartel (ig im not old enough) would make me feel like in in a sons of anarchy scene watching the blacks, mexicans, and sos go at it. not italian

+1 more European rp would be cool granted its not one of the like 8 different italian factions. loove the idea of actually using the club Slava russia a company dedicated to security would be cool granted you offer more than just men and weapons (as i think the server has/or had one before at one point when we had offices in world corp though im unsure of the activity of that) i like having a safe neutral area for parties and gatherings and the like. Good playtime

Yeah i can see it being difficult implementing something like that. Id imagine the most this organization would be able to get from that would just be more well orchestrated rp muggings.

I CAN say ive personally been to a number of these underground gambling events (whether in alleys or ghettos) and had a good time w the strangers who made appearances. Glad to see something “new” thats not italian, or a restaurant (which the city has a number of options already of both) Like the new approach to each branch of the business having their own area of operations vs everyone grinds for the same crew deals. like the idea of using the docks for more rp
