If any of this information was received ICly (and proven to be IC), this would be instantly denied, and that's it. Given the evidence provided, it looks like this information was provided to them over discord, which would be metagame. The video you mentioned, found here, shows a proper escalation between factions, following the conflict rules designated for their level. You, as hired security, are not able to step in and involve yourself with said conflict, as it's between those two factions. Hello, administrator who banned you here. Regarding the failed mugging, you seemed understanding so I let you off easy on that end. Regarding the RDM, both you and your friend seem very apologetic here! You're only sorry because you forgot that your actions have consequences, and these are the consequences. In the RDM clip, your friend opened fire first, and then you joined in on it. You had time to hesitate and think it through, or not join in at all. Instead, you opened fire, hence why you were both banned. I wouldn't be opposed to reducing it myself, or another member of staff reducing it themself.

Hello! I banned you for a multitude of reasons. I noticed a weird pattern of you constantly making RDM tickets, this being one of them. After seeing this obvious attempt to RDM bait and mingey behavior, I began to spectate you. Not long after that, you ran into little Italy screaming extremely loud that you were going to call the police after being told to leave, which is about as obvious as it gets when it comes to RDM baiting. You then drove around in your truck, where you blocked a new player attempting to do some deliveries into a wall and started laughing and yelling at him, telling him to "do something". I discussed with other staff members, and they also agree you were RDM baiting. You were pulled after myself and a couple other staff members spectated you, we were all in agreeance you were RDM baiting, and had NITRP.
