I'm not quite sure where he pulled a gun on you, as it's not provided in the 2 minute long clip, which seems to me like the full confrontation. Given the clip provided by the banning staff, it's obvious you had intent. You have multiple POs for VDM, and NITRP. You're responsible for your actions while driving, and this ban is the consequences of your actions. I strongly believe if you were to be unbanned now, you'd just get on and repeatedly do this. While you wait out the duration of your ban, I suggest you find a way to stop yourself from minging.

The evidence provided doesn't incriminate you at all, as a matter of fact, I couldn't even see you. I understand why Falcon revoked your PET flags, and I'm sure you understand why it happened. In the clip linked above by the banning staff, it's painfully obvious you had full intent to run that person over. Even if your excuse of "alt tabbing" turned out to be the genuine cause, your actions still have consequences.

Given your POs, and the short amount of time you've accumulated them in, I highly doubt something was going on in your house. Abusing game mechanics in an attempt to get out of the arrest also makes me inclined to believe you knew what you were doing, and ran out of ways to attempt to get out of jail, so you intentionally went afk, not because "something was going on in your house". As stated by the staff member above, you opened fire for no real reason. After I viewed the clip, it's obvious you were baiting. You should know by now that you're not allowed to do this, and there are rules in place to prevent things like these from happening. From the clips provided, no attempts at all were made to arrest/detain anyone on the scene at all. The cop stated his intent to arrest/detain in an admin sit after the situation had already ended. His plan may of been to arrest/detain people, however you killed him before he initiated either one. Only a lawful order was given, which you may not kill for. Given your 20 notes and 19 bans, you should consider yourself extremely lucky on the length of this ban. By now, you should know the rules inside out and be trying your best to avoid situations like this.

When joining a criminal faction, you are given a prompt, that states the following. (see attached image) Your don ordered a hit on your head, as you left the faction. You can be PKd by your faction for a lot of different reasons, this being one of them. I highly suggest you read over the PK guidelines, found here.

This should have been handled ICly, however I'm a little concerned this could have been targeting, given you had another character with the nickname "#1 Altoviti Hater". There's a pattern developing here, however I'm going to accept your appeal because I expect you to do everything to prevent this pattern from further developing. From the video posted by Anzati, it's crystal clear you intentionally drove into those players. After hitting these people, you turned your car so it would run the rest of the crowd over (Note the attached image). The wheels do not change direction by hitting the curb, they only move when the driver presses the designated key(s). Regarding your recent ban reason, VDM is still a form of RDM as it's still a random deathmatch, just with a vehicle.
