Hello Pking admin here, I was shown a clip of you getting put under fear rp and then you decided to run away and try to escape the mugging situation, in turn you not fearing for your life and then you die after getting many warnings with enough time to react off of it. Heres the rules i went off of to pk you. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) I believe this pk is valid and should stay. Thank you!!

I was never in a call and my friend goz other admin and person in clip in which I call to ask for backup and which you call out in game saying “he’s on the radio” then you guys get in your cars and leave Lol then you come back 10 secs later and try cornering me with you cars and trying to kill me but fail. So I decided to identify u in game then you get rolled up on ggs bro next time read the rules

Addition to mugging rule 9 - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them Addition/edit to Identification rules -If someone has committed an offense against you (Act of violence, mugging, etc) you may recognize them based on their voice, character descriptions and clothing for up to 30 minutes afterwards (Without having their F3). Players may change clothes or lay low during this time to avoid recognition. Players may also use a mask to obscure their name and description but if they fail to change clothes they can still be recognized for up to 30 minutes.

Hi banning admin here, Hello I was the banning admin in this situation, I had banned you and had noted your friend because in the only clip provided in the whole situation, and through logs aswell, I saw how with no disregard of life, and no apparent warnings due to the lack of clips, you shooting some random at your door and killing the person behind him. I had decided to ban you because of your po's aswell due to your 2 past offenses from this year and also due to your 15 day ban that had included rdm. In the clip there are no warnings, and you just automatically kill them for being near the door. I due hope for this ban to stay and if any UA+ would like to see the clip just lmk and ill send and not posting here due to the guys faction being shown and his friends name being shown as well.
