Hey, as stated prior by 4Lights you participated in the factions unique racket, that being the key difference between a pk and a unwhitelist. As for the ghosting if you ignored their questions that could have led to this issue being fixed and had not reached out and applied yourself to work with them. instead you continued to be a ghost, the blame for that falls on you. due to the reasons stated above this pk appeal will be denied.

Hello, so before I go into the more specific details I would like to clear up a misconception. This pk has nothing to do with any escalation level. Reason being this hadn't been escalated yet, if he didn't pay and sos refused any action Kosher may have escalated the issue which would then make it subject to the rules of escalation and conflict. If a faction charges 100k and an apology in this situation there is no issue, as I stated prior this is not under escalation and SOS had no obligation to accept, they faced escalation if they did not go ahead and deal with this. As this issue did not reach that point it was still subject to normal faction demands under the “ You should seek a sit down with the leadership of the opposing family/gang and work out some sort of deal. Either reparations through money or possibly have a sanctioned hit against the accused party in order to maintain a diplomatic relationship without causing conflict.” Section of the rules. Due to that this is a simple case of a person refusing orders and refusing his chance clear the beef due to the risk of relations going downhill he was killed. Due to that reasoning this appeal has been denied.

Hey. So after looking this over with other members of staff we have come to the decision to deny this for multiple reasons. 1) you don’t properly give the orders to leave your property. As the rules state you need to give the orders while having a gun out and ready. Which is not what was happening here. 2) he complies and gets up then you gun him down after still not following any proper escalation. due to those reasons listed above your appeal will be denied.
