Hello! I have reached out to your previous HC for more context to your orders. They were able to provide me with evidence of you having a repeated behavior that was unfavorable to their faction and reasonable suspicion of you doing it even when they weren't there to see you. They had also received reports from allies of you being an issue for them. Because of these two reasons they saw it fit to have you eliminated. And while you may not be a fan of the practice, they do not need to go and post their evidence / suspicions publicly just the reasons they saw fought to have you killed. For these reasons your character will be remaining PKd. Now, the reports of metagame. While we appreciate you coming forth to say it, we do not appreciate you waiting till you have a reason to act maliciously about it to report it. We have seen many times before where players wish to report it only after they are on their way out the door or once it stops benefitting them. If it was truly a concern of yours, you would have made staff tickets for the potential instances of metagame when they happened. We thank you for reporting it, but not the reasons you did report it. Hi there! It was actually I who had taken your PET flags. While the offense did seem minor at the time, it was because of your prior notes and warnings that they were taken. At the time of me taking them you already had three POs for pet flag abuse. It has been some time though and I am more than willing to give my recommendation to the reviewing staff that they are returned to you. Of course, on the condition that you do not continue to abuse them or use them to assist you in FailRP.

As Falcon touched on, when you join a criminal faction there is a prompt telling you the dangers of joining one. You accepted those terms to join their faction. You then repeatedly broke their faction rules even after warned not to. It lead to the factions HC deeming it was time for your death. Hi, there! Yes, I am the staff member that took your PET flags. In this case I took them as a last straw situation. I have had multiple encounters with you where you are building something in the wrong location, or building moving contraptions or dupes that you have been told are not allowed. You have open countless tickets trying to get many of these contraptions approved. One even has! This time, and the last three times I have had to tell you no moving builds were not approved. Your flags have already been removed prior. You were granted them back on a second chance. Since then, you have had received multiple warnings from myself and other staff and yet you still continued to do it. I appreciate your skill at building, I just wish you had put it towards ways that are allowed or that you have made the effort in the past to get approved.

Hi, PKing admin here! You were PKd for putting someone under FearRP then being killed by them. I was originally waiting for you to update your appeal to the proper format but I will still reply while we wait. Here is the clip of the encounter that was provided to me. He walks up to you, no weapon out or damaging you in any way. You then proceed to go after him after he's left and even tell your friend "Get that guy!" You then follow him around the corner with your weapon out, off safety. Once around the corner, you again aim your weapon at them and give them an order to get into the alley. This is where you initiated FearRP and triggered your PK active status.. After this, they head into the alley, pull their weapon out and kill you. While you may argue you did not know the rules around it, ignorance does not grant you immunity to PKs. All information pertaining to PKs can found here.

As Ace explained you were in fact killed by the officer and not a random citizen or uninvolved criminal character. Even if you had, this PK would still stand as after you killed the first officer, you are PK active for 15 minutes per the PK guidelines. This is to avoid your friend or some random trying to help just killing you while you're active to cops to have you avoid an arrest or PK from the officer. There is no evidence that we could find of the OOC in IC claims you made either. Even then, OOC terms by officers referring to PKs does not immediately disqualify them. The context heavily matters. Hi! Banning admin here. I received multiple reports of a player breaking NLR. When bringing all three ticket makers to a sit, they had reported you had come back to the area of their business and repeatedly were interacting with them after they had told you to leave and even killed you. They could not provide a clip so I had to check your logs to piece together where you were. For context all of these logs are in this exact zone, which can be confirmed by reviewing staff as well. The first interaction in your logs that was with in the timeframe of potential NLR breaks was here (4533.431152,5465.463867,-55.968750), your first death. With your first combat interaction with the same group on a new life soon after here (5300.614258,5540.248535,-45.587456). This then lead to your second death here (4945.826660,4292.528320,-63.968750). Yes, it is right at the 15 minute mark so generally I would allow some grace; however, you have two previous notes in the past month for the exact same offenses. Both NLR and NITRP. This explains the NLR. Now, the NITRP. For this, I pulled your chat logs seeing if you were speaking in voice or over text. And sure enough, you are a typer. Sorry, and this will be embarrassing on a public forum for all to see, but here are your chat logs. So, to confirm you were still interacting with them, I pulled a log from around the times of your two deaths. That log is here (4149.584473,5273.385742,-23.968750) and can also be confirmed by positional logs. Again, reinforcing your NLR rule break, but also look through those logs. That's not RP, definitely not serious RP. You have a history of being a minge and all of these logs confirmed that for me. While it may be your first ban, you have two POs for the exact same situation. Which means you have on two other separate instances been told this behavior is not welcome and not appreciated. I hope you take this time to reflect on your choices and learn to respect this community before returning to play with us again.

Please take this time to review the killing rules and idle vs active threat rules. In this situation, while yes he did pull his gun out it was clearly an accident. He turns away, safeties his weapon, then turns back. He was never an active threat so you shooting him is RDM. Also, in the future do not edit your clip after posting it to attempt to hide your attempted and failed MRDM. It shows signs of a bad faith appeal and in no way helps your case. As Toast already spoke on this was a Don's Orders PK. So the question comes down to the validity of the orders and why they were given. So the first claim, speaking of the faction in government tickets which are IC unless stated otherwise. You did mention the faction in your firearms ticket and then edited your message after you were helped by a member of HC which is how they knew about it, so, valid. The second reason was also you speaking in a way against the rules of your faction in another IC channel. Discord can be used as IC evidence depending on where you are speaking. Mangos has already discussed the rules around violence with cops that can result in PKs. For your situation, whether it was a false arrest or not is generally handled IC via court hearings or IA reports. If it was powergame it would be a staff issue and the proper response would be to make a ticket, not attempt to RDM the officer for a misdemeanor arrest. At the end of the day, you started a violent conflict with police and lost which has resulted in your character being PKd. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Shittor already touched base on the subject but yes these orders are valid. It can be any offense in the families eyes, as long as you have offended them they can give valid orders for your death. When you join a faction you accept a prompt telling you that you may be killed at anytime if the leader of said faction sees fit. In this situation, while the blacklist is not a valid reason for the orders, you breaking their rules of using their racket is a valid reason. After investigating, the don of Kosher did have valid reasons to put orders on your head. The items you were banned for transferring, were items found to have belonged to mugged allies. While your jew character may not have directly done the mugging, you wearing the items gave them enough reasonable doubt IC to have you killed for it. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. While yes you were frozen by staff, after investigating it was proven that no it was not abuse and that it had zero influence on the outcome of this situation. The freezing was completely unrelated to your actual death. Now with your death, while the car did hit you, it was also clear it was not intentional and they did still wait for you to get up before shooting you. Again though, them hitting you with their car had no influence on how the kill unfolded, would have had the same outcome. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. From the staff side I can confirm it was approved by UA for them to put the orders on you. This is not a reply for your appeal decision just to clarify for you. There were several witnesses that had seen you record it, you were proven IC to be a CI, and you were also caught handing over the video that multiple witnesses watched you record hand it over to police. Under PK guidelines, one of the few exceptions for a faction to get orders on someone outside of the faction is when they can credibly prove the outside party is a snitch acting against them.

Hi, banning admin here! Yes, you were banned for one for VDM a PO of RDM. They fall under the same category so they are counted together. In your own clip, and supported by combat logs, he never shoots you. In logs he never once hit anything, and the reason why? In your clip you clearly see he is shooting straight up in the sky. You then run over him, and then continue running over him until he dies. A clip was viewed and logs were reviewed, the clip is here actually if you care to watch it here.

While you may argue to not have known the rules around mugging and raiding, ignorance is not an excuse on this server. With this in mind, you have admitted to all of the things your character was PK'd for. The weapon shipments were used as both a means for item transferring and arguably character abuse. You then got on a character, this Lucien Dupont character, and used it for the sole purpose of going only for muggings and raiding. On top of the character being used solely for these reasons, you did it while still on cooldown multiple times even more so with the aid of your friend. In the future, I highly recommend you read the rules around valid character RP, mugging, and raiding. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hi, banning admin here. You are much more apologetic than your counter part so I won't give you the full spiel. Yes, the investigation uncovered that the information used to push for the PK was metagamed and the other reasons were just tacked on as the main reason was shaky. As a member of HC, in any faction, the powers granted to you to get orders or to put orders are very strong and must be used responsibly. As you are new to this and you seem genuine in your apology, on the grounds that pimpin sits down and talks to you about the level of evidence that must be upheld for clean orders, I am okay for vouching for a reduction to 5 days.

Hi, banning admin here. I was the one investigating the original PK. While doing so, I reached to pimpin as he was the one who issued the orders. When I did, it was made clear that the reasons given were on shaky ground. During said investigation it turned out there was no IC evidence and even clips that were stated to be held were not existent either. Based on testimony from those closest to the situation and people present during the VC that lead to the metagamed info were able to confirm that it was in fact metagamed. Those involved and interviewed believed it was done maliciously because of an ongoing OOC situation your friend group had going on. For these reasons, you were punished for metagaming information to push for the orders to be given.

The reasons surrounding your orders were shaky to begin with so an investigation was opened with extra scrutiny. When conducting said investigation, it was found that your leaving the faction had been metagamed from an OOC Discord call. They also had no evidence for the other claims of why you were PK'd. For these reasons, those responsible for being malicious in using the metgamed info for your PK have been handled and your character has been restored. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

Alright so you didn't watch the video, this is going to be a book. I gave you a chance for me to be really lenient in this appeal reply and you threw it out the window. So, let's start at the very beginning. You say this all began when Pierre kidnapped your fellow faction member. You only know it is Pierre from what you admitted was OOC information of the name on the door. We aren't going to get into how you began this conflict with OOC information, we will just focus on what came after. You first, opened a ticket wanting to PK the Pierre character for kidnapping your friend. Someone who was never put under fearRP, was locked in a room, that he had full access to a phone for. He did eventually call the cops to come and doorkick him out. When these officers arrive, you use the information you gained from the door to then try and snitch on the Pierre character. When told no, you could not PK them, and the cop told you to leave and stop interrupting his investigation, you proceeded to follow them for almost twenty minutes around the city. At one point, they do pick you up after you get ran over by someone, and they take you into the casino. Once there, you and Yokai have a shootout. You kill them, and you admit, that was the end of that conflict / RP. You also, have a clip of this gun fight. This clip, you very interestingly, changed the name of after you needed to use it for evidence. Want to know what the original name of the clip was? "GambinoK." Posted below is the clip and it's title now, and a screenshot showing the original title in Discord where you shared it, before changing the name. Clip Screenshot Now, I can easily answer to you why I knew it was you, Pearce. I am staff. On my staff character, I can see your steam name. Now, tell me, how did you know that you killed a Gambino, Patch, on an alternative character? Especially as, apparently I told you it was Patch, but that clip was made before you ever spoke to me and before I ever told you it was Patch. You changed the name of the clip to share it with me in the sit room. This, brings us up to where a new conflict began. You and Yokai wanted to keep messing with Patch on his alt character. You may argue it is not targeting, but I will call you on your bullshit. You have a history of revenge RDM, metagame, and now blatantly lying about knowing who it is. So yes, you were targeting. You went up to a group of three SOS members, in front of the old Barzini Cigar lounge vacant shop. You and Yokai ask these three very clear actual SOS members, if the French guy running around in their jacket is one of theirs. They all three tell you that he is not, they do not know who he is, and to do what you want. You and Yokai say "bet", get back in your car, and leave. So, now I must ask, where do you get off telling me you were going after an allied faction who had a lower member messing with you after said faction told you he was not apart of them? Also another interesting question, when did SOS join the Underground Association? Pretty sure they aren't your allies so care to explain that to me or have your HC and theirs explain that to Canadian on how you guys magically have a larger than five member alliance? Also, Yokai isn't in your alliance either; weird, right? Screenshot of alliances if anyone needs more information on this question. This brings us up to where this infamous car chase began on completely false premises outside of you wanting to fuck with someone on an alternative character who has made your life a living hell on the server and just so conveniently that day your Don also happened to die. You are chasing them in a white Subaru for almost 20 minutes. There happens to be another white Subaru driving around that has Yokai's intern. You two proceed to continue to chase and ram both of these white Subarus. At one point, Yokai's intern asks you, while alone in a different car, why you guys are doing this. Yokai tells you that is the wrong car and they are not in that car. So at this point, you know his intern is not with Patch and the other citizen. Explain to me, how you chasing that car now is assisting your "ally" in any way at all? This car chase continues and you eventually arrive at the turn behind the hospital and beside the PD. They (the white Subaru containing Patch and a citizen) crash into a fire hydrant. Your car crashed into a light pole beside them. You then get out of of your car and shoot an entire magazine into the back window. This takes me back to my original question. Did you watch the video on escalation and active threats? Not once did their vehicle ram you, run over you, or did they ever try to hit you or shoot you. After this you get back in your car and you find them at the car dealership. They respawn their car still actively ignoring you. You try to steal their car, run over your own "ally", the citizen then moves his ragdoll out from behind the car after you hit him, and puts him down, doesn't slam him, doesn't run away with him, turns around and puts him on the ground next to your car. You then get out of the car, they both get in and go to drive away, before Yokai shoots once, and stops, and you begin shooting fully automatic into the back window, again. Now, you want to lie and say I showed you clips that only shows you chasing them, and then them dying. Well, I have the clips, genius. The first clip shows plenty of time before the shooting, 54 seconds before the shooting and the seconds right after the shooting. The second clip shows that you ran over your "ally", that you tried to mag dump the car again, and that you are the one that wanted to kill them. First clip showing the complete lack of any knowledge of escalation when shooting that began. Second clip of you continuing a conflict that was never started and RDMing them. After this happened, they made a ticket for RDM after you had been trying to VDM them for almost 20 minutes. When this ticket came up, there was three staff members online. Myself, Bullets, and Nubs. Here in logs you can see I tried to get either of them to take it. Nubs was afk and I even char kicked Bullets twice just for him to ignore it. So yes, I took the ticket as the only active staff member. While taking your ticket, I was relaying all information to the only other active on Discord UA member for their input as I knew you would try and cry bias. I was transparent and I told you this in the sit but you clearly want to leave out key pieces of information. The other UA member had already also determined it to be RDM. When I brought the two of you, Yokai had little to no history of RDM at all. (Yokai's notes) That is why he was simply going to be noted and returned. Both you and Patch had asked for him to not be noted. So his note was removed and him returned. Now for you to try and turn that on me as targeting you must be some kind of joke. You were not noted and returned because you have a college textbook of POs for VDM, RDM, revenge RDM and metagame.(Your POs, POs, and bans. See how his is a single screenshot and yours has to be three?) Once Yokai was returned, you and Patch were making the sit completely inefficient with just trying to annoy each other. So Patch was comped and returned. Then it was just the two of us for almost thirty minutes where I tried to reason with you. Tell me, how does it take thirty minutes for me to say, Because that is not all that was said. In this sit, you yourself admitted that you started shooting at the end of the first clip. That you killed them in the second clip. That the conflict had ended at the casino almost an hour earlier. In the time that it was just the two of us in that sit room, i explained to you why I couldn't just note you and return you. You refuse to learn, you refuse to stop breaking the rules. I asked you to do one thing before you put up this appeal so that I could have a reason to be nice to you in this appeal. Instead, you choose to not do that, lie about the information you had on the situation, lie about why you were doing it, and no lie and try to slander my name in your appeal. If any other person had the history of notes and bans that you have, they would have been permanently banned. I worked with another member of UA and tried to be extra nice to you.

Before I inform the entire community of all of the holes, missing context, and lies you have told in the rest of your appeal, I will simply ask if you did the one thing I asked you to do before I banned you. First, did you watch the video that I sent to you over Discord DMs that explains how to properly escalate and what an active threat is? Second, if you did, please tell me how you properly escalate because you still claim to have properly escalated in this conflict.
