This might be a reach, but it would be nice to have an equipment slot above your inventory for small firearms or small melee weapons. Im expecting to get downvoted to hell but just an idea.

I get what you're saying, my initial opinion was that the snowball as an item is entirely stupid to have. It messes with my autism of having too much shit equipped and it's basically just a minge item. BUT i am also of the opinion that since we do have to live with it, and it's not going anyway for the rest of the month, might as well improv on the concept.

This is the only thing that can be taken from this suggestion. PD doesn't need more buffs, if you're bothered by the balance of the game look to nerf the other end of the stick (i.e how easy it is to make money illegally and such). You got people putting hours upon hours on the server, contributing in RP and trying to get a spot. Police have the ability to, and some do, minge all of that away with very little repercussions. Police stop you for anything, they will get your ID, god forbid you were carrying anything you shouldn't be carrying or you don't want to be identified. At the very least you're looking at either time or having to dispute BS, at the worst say bye bye to all those hours cause this cop with 4 days playtime felt like stopping you. TL;DR Crim factions have way more to lose compared to PD faction as is, no need to tip the balance further.

You're preying on new players that do not know the game to give more power to the police. If that passed nobody would hire anyone new cause of the liability and the server would start a gradual downfall. "Oh you don't know the difference between keys and hands? sorry you can't play here cause we can get RICO'd". Everyone has been a "fucking mong white shirt with a bat who selects hands instead of keys every time" at some point. Imagine if 1 faction got RICO'd for every one of those guys that just haven't learned the way this works yet.

Yes guys let's make this PoliceRP let's bring down the Mafia. -1

Snowballs should leave a mark like how paintball guns leave paint marks.

Very necessary add it +1

Right now if your bank is full and your inventory is full you have to drop something to make space in order to exchange items. The suggestion is to make similarly sized items replaceable with eachother. For example if you drag a hot dog on a can of coke they should change places in the inventory/bank.

Being an idiot and getting PKed is already bad enough, making a PK appeal and lying when you know you were being an idiot? Now that's rough. +ANIME PFP? oh hell nah

Huge +1 the guy above me pretending that nobody works past 5PM is on some shit

The majority of mugging is done in bad faith. I believe there's a huge place for mugging in RP, but the way most people see mugging is exactly this This is a roleplay server. For roleplay to happen there has to be a side that will lose something and accept it because that's just how the roleplay goes, roleplay where everyone is a winner gets stale real quick. Now like I said mugging in a contextually correct manner should be welcome, just like how every other feud in the RP is welcome, but at the end of the day mugging just to be an ass, or just to get rich off of someone or just to PK someone and basically waste whatever positive mark they've had on the roleplay is not welcome and unfortunately that's what goes down most of the time.

While I think y'all are right, I still would like to see more civilian factions and opportunities. Most of the time the server is Mafia vs Mafia which is fair and i'm sure many people like it that way but it could have way more depth.

I was gonna put this up as a suggestion but I don't have a fully formed idea about it so I thought we could have a conversation about this. I feel like a big part of the RP, namely extortion, is missing from the server. Since the civ factions are basically non-existent in RP and all other properties are owned by crime factions, obviously nobody is going to extort themselves. Why do I care about extortion so much? I feel like it offers a golden opportunity for RP between factions. Simply put, Civ faction gets harassed by criminal faction in their property for money, other criminal faction comes in and offers protection for the civ faction for pay and you let the ball rolling on that. Now, I was thinking that the civ factions in that scenario would have to be able to make good money which is the tricky part. You want to facilitate these RP opportunities with the main factor being the exchange of money but you also want the civ faction to be happy with the money they've made after they've paid for protection or they've been hassled by the criminal faction. That's gonna be quite the balancing act so I want to hear your guys' thoughts on how it could work out, if you find the idea interesting.

Here's the full image which further illustrates my point. It goes in order, Dark, light, darker, light, dark and darker. How come your selection and the tool furthest away from your selection have the darkest text?
-
I've heard it happen from two different people this week alone, one of them even got arrested IC because he accidentally pulled his gun out for that reason which is why I decided to make the suggestion. Like i said, I know it's been like this since the dawn of time but let's not pretend that Grey should mean yes and White should mean no in this context. Especially when the items further from your selection get darker as well. Here's a demonstration, KEYS are selected and are grey, after that it's BASEBALL BAT which is lighter and then YAVA gets darker again. In this instance, someone who's new would think "Alright i'm about to bring out my baseball bat"
-
I know it's been like this forever but it's retarded how when you scroll through your Keys/Hands etc. The thing you got selected is greyed out and the rest are full white. It should 100% be the opposite. Literally every new player i come across takes 5 minutes to lock a door because they're trying to get to their keys but select their Hands accidentally or there's RP going on and oop, somebody pulls out a gun accidentally and quickly hides it away, not intended OOC and certainly not intended IC.

Dude thought he was cooking for a sec. You basically listed every rule that could be broken, this is your second perma ban appeal. Go outside my guy. -1

Never asked for comps, probably never will cause who cares. But that's like saying a judge dismissing a case is a gesture of kindness my guy, no it's not a gesture of kindness it's just what's fair. If someone is killed by someone not abiding by they rules of the server, the person killed shouldn't have to bare the consequences of the rule breaker's actions. Now when it comes to I get the sentiment, i agree that the way things are right now are pretty unrealistic, but there's ways to change that without introducing a change that's just not fair to people playing within the rules of the server. Granted any change to the current balance of weapons will be met with backlash by the vast majority of players, but maybe instead of taking a gun away from a player unfairly there could be changes in the ways said player gets the gun. Maybe a higher price to some weapons, maybe limiting the supply in the rackets(Never made sense to me why a guy can just go and order a shipment of weapons a second after he gets into a faction). My point is that the comp command is a net positive. If, in the context of RP, you don't like how guns have become so widely used that's a different conversation.

Overhaul the Donation System: New In-Game Currency
Geo_Zeus replied to RevampedRebel's topic in Denied
Learn what IC and OOC mean my guy, bringing an OOC currency disguised as IC to be used IC is retarded. -
Cool Idea, yea obviously certain symbols are gonna be used for minging purposes but if it's limited to certain spots then I have no problem with it personally. +1

The irony is that you point out that there's not many griefers on the server when you got banned for griefing my friend. The reason you're banned is the reason there's not alot of griefers on this server.
-
This has got to be one of the most ironic things i've ever read on a ban appeal ever. I, too appreciate the staff team for keeping some people out!

Man i almost felt bad for you until that point. It's not hard to not break rules buddy, I say take what you've learned and move onto the next server. Getting a third chance out of pity isn't gonna do you any good either.
