i dont see how having an actual faction would be needed to do cult rp, u can just do this in another faction or even as a civ, i dont think it would make sense for a cult to have access to the underground network just as a crime family does

i would go as far to say do it WHILE ur being mugged, same PK rules would apply, u get caught u die, maybe it plays a faint sound during a game and u need to complete a lockpicking type mini game, winning frees you, with a sound and /me and losing plays a louder sound w a /me
