on one hand they can be a very kindhearted person and very active, however i must agree with the risk of possible bias, good trait as a friend but not as a staff member.

in all honesty when i first met this fella i really didnt like him, however in the past couple of months he has definitely matured and grown to be quite likeable! he should definitely be given a chance to prove himself +1

cops already have many tools to their disposable, coke is one of the very few tools crims have to help avoid the PD. canadians idea of adding +5 to endurance isnt bad at all since skilled players would still be able to evade police.

this is how i normally have my inventory set up, there isnt really two items i can put away without loosing a edge, (ik i go over kill on meds). personally swapping out 10 bandages for a phone seems silly but swapping 5 seems reasonable. make the one slot phone more expensive and this would be a very good addition
