There's nothing wrong with mugging as long as it is within the server rules. It just one of those things that you HAVE to be knowledgeable about do at your own discretion.

Step 1. Join crime faction on an already established character. Step 2. Play character for a few days. Stack money and get a gun license. Step 3. Commit a criminal act. (MUGGING (within the rules btw)) Step 4. Get killed while mugging. Step 5. Select community members are upset at you for mugging in a video game. (within the rules btw) Mugging on an alternate character is not against the rules. I have mugged on my main character. The rules state that you may not have a character for the express purpose of mugging/raiding. That was not the purpose of my character.
