I've shown proof that my mouse sensitivity is at 100% and my courser went to someone who was farther away than the nearest person, to me this is cut and dry, call it a hand spasm, twitch, wrist flick, shaky hands (which I do have), whatever you want, it can easily happen with a maxed-out sensitivity. This appeal has delved into an unnecessary debate on who knows more about hacking and retardation.

You should actually read everything I said before jumping to conclusions it would have locked onto the person next to the atm before it would lock onto someone who was further to the right. Maybe you should think about what you're going to say before you comment on someone's ban appeal. I've spoken to someone who's said you look into the code on the server and see I'm not cheating, please correct me if I'm wrong. I did accept his apology, and I believe he should get another chance. The reason being is the other party peer pressured him into doing it.

If it's not too much work on Halloween for one day only or for one server restart cycle, we switch the map to the old Hogwarts RP server map. I think a lot of our best memories on gmod were made on that old map and it would be really fun for Halloween to revisit it. We could all go to class, (different factions can lay claim to a classroom) we could pvp around the castle and the forbidden forest, have a crash up derby in the quidditch arena and cops could arrest people and lock them in detention. I don't think we would need to do much work besides spawning a gun npc, an atm and a car spawn and just let RP take natures course from there.

Maybe for me. Sorry, but cops already have a huge advantage in game, but I would say yes if body armor was purchasable at the gun stores. If anything, they should be made slower most cops are overweight, no offense but that's what happens when you're sitting in a cop car or behind the desk eating McDonalds every day, nobody in America packs a healthy lunch.

The rules do Cleary state you can't use OOC language. I had also witnessed these two mug someone else on the server that night, they are mugging chars, I have a clip of that as well.

Please, I'm the only one who builds, and our group is dying because of me, I'm very sorry. I mean it when I say I won't abuse my props I've learned from my mistakes, I will only use them for approved RP purposes. We have this nice new room at the motel that was added to the map and nobody can use it because nobody builds and we can't afford to commission a dupe.

I understand, and please accept this as my apology, I want to make it clear I'm not here to cause problems, I did understand notes 2 and 3 are a grey area when I made this appeal. Reason for blacklist : Too many warnings. 1st - I spawned a dupe in the Rockefeller town house. 2nd - I blocked the elevator in PD. 3rd - (reason for ban) I was told I built a "prop bridge". Why should they be returned?: I completely understand my first note, I'd like to protest the other two. 1st note - I used to hang out with a couple friends who worked at the Rockefeller town house. We had our own trap house dupe for the property. My friends were later fired, and I had returned to the property later by myself to hang out and spawn my dupe back in. I had later left the property without removing my dupe and the owners had to call an admin to remove it when they came later to use their property. Being that it was someone else's property and an admin had to take time to remove my props I understand I was in the wrong and I apologize. 2nd note - I had the PD elevator blocked for a few minutes with traffic blockades. A friend and I were RP-ing as fake city workers working on the PD elevator, floors and vents. I moved them later realizing they're too close and even though there's also a stairwell the elevator should not be blocked. Even after realizing my error and fixing it I was later pulled to a sit and given a note. Nobody had used the elevator during the short time it was blocked but I would have moved them if someone needed to use it. 3rd note - I was in the street when a couple people on top of The Napoli were pointing phys guns at me. I climbed the ladder to the roof of The Fox and Crow pub and used plastic props to get closer to The Napoli to say hi. What I did served no RP purposes I did not connect the two buildings I just wanted to be within talking distance of the people pointing their phys guns at me. I understand my 2nd and 3rd notes are a grey area, but I don't think I deserve having my props taken away due to them. It would be one thing if I was that idiot that blatantly flings cars and prop kills people. Moving forward If given my props back I will stickily use them only for RP approved building purposes and will do well to adhere to the rules closely and I apologize for any inconveniences I've made. Building is the main thing I love about Gary's Mod besides the RP and I hope to be allowed to build and contribute to the server and other players with my dupes. Thank you.

I think the other party assumed this member was here to kill them, however this other Diamond member was simply in the wrong place wrong time. The reason I'm appealing is from what I've been told by others... I was baited into issuing PK orders on someone so two people could carry out an unapproved coup on the Diamond. Mainly the two people involved were permanently banned for breaking the rules and tried to circumvent a coup. Thank you.
