He's been involved with Taka for way more than a week IC/OOC and I've observed plenty of good roleplay from him, I'm pretty sure it was me who hired him. Mugging only becomes an issue when the (((wrong person))) gets mugged, has a baby bitch fit and cries to the admins. If you're mugging people everyday then there would definitely be an issue, however there are many factors for one to avoid being mugged and if it happens to someone, it's on them. I've been mugged before and haven't let my guard down since, it hasn't happened to me again and never will (no I will not knock on wood).
