I’ll reply to each point made by you individually. Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply. Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway. Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.

Hello, while it is unfortunate that they may have been mistaken, that alone is not enough to overturn this PK. If your actions/what happened to them gave them a sense of idea to cause them to believe you were working as an undercover officer or confidential informant against their faction, they are within their rights to PK your character if they choose to do so. They do not need to reach out and attempt to speak with you and clear things up. Ultimately, that is how the mafia operates in these situations, with decisions often being made based on suspicion rather than certainty.

Hello, it's pretty clear by that clip linked that you initiated an attack on an sons of silencer member, a faction you have now learned that is friendly with the faction you were in. Any normal faction would go to your faction and request some sort of repercussions from this whether it be your death or some sort of tax or whatnot. In this instance your faction decided it would be best to have you killed. They are completely within their rights to kill you over a matter such as this. Additionally there is no NLR basis for you to stand on here as its clear that a witness of your actions lived.

It is perfectly okay to set up meetings through discord to conduct ICly, even if it is under false pretentious to get you on to just PK you. This is absolutely the norm and just about how it always happens, otherwise it would be such a pain to organize meetings/sitdowns. Besides that all of the reasons the faction ordered your death are valid reasons for them to get rid of you. Additionally, of the rules you quoted are not relevant to this situation. This specific rule is in regards to using something like discord voice chat/DMs to metagame WHILE conducting a PK. This rule is in regards to baiting someone into an action that would put them in a PK situation, such as tricking them into attempting to tie you up. I mean this one has to be simple to understand and clearly is not relevant whatsoever to your PK.

Hello, as the pking admin stated, you were walking on the sidewalk and had a gun pulled on you and were given demands to follow him into an alleyway. This is fearRP. Instead of following him you walked away from the situation despite clearly hearing this demands. This constitutes as you breaking FearRP and can result in your character being PKd. The mug/fear rp initiation its self is fine and no break was done there. Attacker started it in a yellow zone with no witnesses around and attempted to properly lead you into a zone he’s allowed to zip tie in. I strongly recommend you read through the PK rules to get a firm grasp on what situations could result in your character being permanently killed.

Hello, the clip of this PK is pretty clear. Two men came to your parked car and gave repeated orders saying “hop out the car hop out the car” while having guns drawn and pointed at the vehicle, until you sped away. The orders and the fear rp were clear. I do not see how you could view otherwise, maybe you just didn’t catch it being caught up in the moment. Regardless I see nothing wrong with how the muggers placed you under fear rp and the orders they gave you.

Hello, it’s blatantly obvious that you initiated a violent encounter with the cop, something you are not disagreeing with yourself. What really matters for this appeal is the length of time between the initial incident and when you were killed. In my opinion, the length of time between the initial incident and the shooting is perfectly reasonable. Additionally, you very well could have been running into that back room to get a better angle to kill the officer. I strongly feel as if that any officer would have shot in that situation, nor do I think the officer waited too long to do so. I do not believe this takes anything away from the validity of this PK.

Hello, even if you never touched the racket the faction is allowed to kill you while you are under the whitelist, for clarification that rule is there so factions cannot kill random legal hangarounds for leaving the faction, people who dont know about the illegal dealings of the faction. You being a mademen of this faction means its clear that know a lot about the faction and their illegal activities. Beyond that portion, all the reasons the faction leader mentioned are valid reasons to justify killing a member of your faction.

Hello, Firstly, it was not Kosher who ordered your death, the orders came from Genovese/Bruno-Scarfo. After you left their faction back in May, they placed orders on you within the allotted two week period. If a faction places orders on you within two weeks of you leaving the whitelist, they are allowed to activate those orders whenever it is most convenient for them. While it is possible for factions to act in OOC bad faith by intentionally waiting an extended period of time and using old orders as ammunition later on, that does not appear to be the case here. The reason it took them so long to kill you was because they did not want to create any bad blood with their ally Kosher. They simply waited until you were no longer under Kosher's protection before acting on the orders. Clearly not acting in bad faith and a good RP reason to do it months later down the road.
