The family/faction you were in ordered your death due to you "causing problems, disrespecting fellow members, and starting drama". When you join a criminal faction you agree that there is inherent risk that comes with this life, the most major being the possibility of death if the leaders of the faction so choose so. Unfortunately for you, you were murdered right after you got out of prison.

While yes situations like this could be considered an in character issue. It is quite clear in this situation that you and your friend were ONLY there to cause issues and be a general nuisance to her for no real apparent reason. I do believe your actions may not constituent RDM baiting, moreso general minging then anything, I think that with your playtime and note history you should know better by now.

Hello PKing admin here, One of the leaders of the faction you were killed from requested your death, the reason listed for your death was due to you giving the faction a "bad rep". When joining a faction you agree that there was inherent risks that come with doing such, the main one being the possibility of death. From what I can tell by logs you were somewhat deep into this criminal life, ordering drugs on multiple occasions. In regards to your OOC bias comment I can't exactly comment on that. I saw a ticket was made regarding dons orders on your character, took the ticket, made sure you accessed the racket and set you active.

Hello, This situation is pretty cut and dry and anzati already touched on most if not all bases. You must have a proper role-play reason to attack and kill someone, in this scenario you did not. I suggest you read the killing rules, everything you need to know will be outlined there. Additionally, as anzati mentioned, you cannot raid the police department in any circumstance so any kills from a false "raid" would be considered RDM, like this very scenario you put yourself in. All in all what you did was against the rules in more ways than one. I believe you should be happy with the ban time you received as frankly 3 days is a little lenient. As I mentioned before I really suggest you take some time and read up on the killing to avoid this situation arising again in the future.

Yeah i’m gonna be honest i don’t know what you’re saying here, but i’ll try my best to supply context from the eyes of the high command. You left the faction some time ago, we noticed this instantly and yort decided to write the orders. We just never had a chance to kill you until now. While yes you put in an LOA, but that doesn’t mean you could unwhitelist yourself from the family. Which you admitted yourself that you had done. intentional or not you still abandoned the family and betrayed your oath. as far as I know the high command was never informed, regardless you should have told us BEFORE and get permission before unwhitelisting. Don’t know who you could be referencing here but irrelevant. Overall, you did not follow the proper procedures. Went on LOA but continued to be active later on, dodging kickups. Then, you unwhitelisted yourself from the family without getting permission and with no warning to anybody.

Hello, we already spoke in the support ticket you created so I'll just basically echo what I said there onto here. Your death was ordered by the faction you were in due to you ordering the hit of a mademan as well as causing issues with allies. When joining a faction you accept that there is a multitude of risks that come with being involved with this life, the most major one is the possibility of having your death ordered by your bosses if they so choose. Now, as I mentioned in the ticket. The sit you were pulled to before getting killed was completely unrelated to your death. You made a ticket about a minute or two before you were killed and it just so happened that right when you were about to be killed (the shooter had already pulled his gun at this point) byte claimed your ticket and brought you to the sit. I privately messaged byte and informed him that you were about to be killed so the sit slightly interfered with the role-play, which was when you were returned and subsequently killed.

-1 application extremely lackluster, unoriginal, largely incomplete, grammar is atrocious. also doesn’t have much playtime on the server, i recommend you spend more time on the server before posting a faction application. Helps show you understand how the criminal underworld and politics work on this server. all things considered doesn’t seem like you put too much thought and effort into this application, as well with your playtime I don’t think you are ready to lead one.

Hello, the rules regarding ID checking may seem a little ambiguous but in this instance this sort of situation is directly outlined in the killing rules. "Asking you for ID / Licenses is NOT detainment / arrest...." With this said, what you did per the rules is wrong. Next time you should allow the officer to escalate it to a proper arrest or detainment (defined in the aforementioned rules). In my eyes you have enough playtime and POs to understand this sort of thing so, I recommend you re-read the rules and educate yourself on the killing rules to avoid this in the future. But all things considered we are willing to reduce this ban with the hope that you become more aware of what is within the rules or not.
