  2. With the addition of repair garages, they should also be able to sell performance upgrades at % discount, set by each shop in order to suggest more player RP, compared to just clicking E and a few buttons at car dealer. The permission to sell other players these upgrades could be locked behind char playtime to minimize the chance of abuse. Since vehicle RP is now being expanded on, I think now or the near future is a great time for this to be put into place, as a RP server should have as much RP as possible. These upgrades could each be permanent, until the vehicle is destroyed, or until the vehicle is returned. With price variances between the three. Personally, I believe until the vehicle is destroyed would be best.

  11. Hello, there are two key points I’d like to address regarding your appeal. First, while you stated that you did not sell drugs or engage in any illegal activity, the logs show that you did, in fact, order a shipment of meth during your time in the Corsican Mob. Generally, PK's are not accepted if a person had no involvement or awareness of illegal activities within the faction they were part of. In this case, it’s clear that you were aware and directly participated by ordering that shipment. Second, you mentioned that you didn’t exactly ask to join this faction. However, joining requires a confirmation pop-up on your screen, where you are given the option to accept or decline. This means you chose to join the faction voluntarily.

  15. First off, I want to correct myself regarding something I previously stated after you messaged me about the ban. You did not unwhitelist yourself willingly, as you mentioned in the appeal. You were unwhitelisted by the factions management after they suspected you of racket abuse, and they subsequently brought it to the attention of UA. As for the other points I made in our conversation, I believe they still hold strong. You joined the faction on a new character, and shortly after being whitelisted, you were given $65,000 from the don of your main character. After receiving this money you instantly ordered a striker and later gave it to him. You additionally provided him with another one afterwards as well. You claim you were unaware of any real selling price of one, despite their most recent message in their associates info channel stating something along the lines, “Don’t sell these for under 400k.” I feel as if you saying you didn’t read or see it is a poor excuse. You even admitted yourself that you aware of one selling previously for 200k. If you knew this and had what was essentially an unlimited supply, why would you only sell for 65k? Clearly, you could have gotten more if you had proper business and money-making goals, further showing you did not have real roleplay intentions for this character. While the rules may say that selling below a certain threshold constitutes racket abuse, the main concern I have with your actions, which led me to believe you were racket abusing, is the fact that you very quickly used your newfound access to sell to your main characters don, likely OOC corroboration there, for a price WELL below street. Considering all the information I don’t believe its unfair to conclude that you had zero intention of roleplaying on this character and instead created and joined this faction solely to exploit their weapons racket for the benefit of your OOC friends.

  18. Hello, All possible claims you made, and then some, were looked into. Ultimately there was no metagame to be found or anything else against the rules. It is within reason to expect hitmen to come after you after leaving a criminal organization. Additionally due to your actions around the target before the time of the hit he felt as if his life was in danger so he went to the police (ICly) in order to be protected. If this character was not an established character and only doing this in order to bait a PK then this would have been a different story as that is not permitted. But, the character involved was decently established and had history. The rule you are quoting here in regards to a normal violent encounter with police situation. The relevant rules in your situation are the dying while doing/after doing a hit rules: Ultimately you and your friend did not do the proper due diligence and committed a reckless hit, which unfortunately resulted in your death.
  19. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
  20. Hello, First off, for future reference mugging in the clothing store IS allowed. But, in this specific situation you were in close proximity to the NPCs, within line of sight. Even standing behind them like you were in this situation counts. Had you been more inside the backroom and had line of sight then this PK would stand. This is not the case. The situation is distinctly unique and is not a "1:1" of a different PK with an entirely different set of circumstances, the only similarity being the general location. Whereas here the individual isn't properly put into fear rp until they are directly behind the NPCs. Do note that if you were placed under fear rp and then ran infront of them this PK would also stand, this is what happened in the referenced previous PK by the responding admin.
