gun & attachment rackets, yes. casino no. if a faction with a casino license is inactive enough they should just lose the license as a warning for their activity, and let it go to a drawing/auction. fighting a “war” for it seems kinda silly. especially considering it’s technically a government license.

Anyways i think if this does happen it should be a heavily neutered variant compared to what staff see, there’s information not pertinent to dons/FLs and could easily be used to metagame should be limited to who the FL actually has the f3 of and has personally met ICly

Hello, There is a few glaring issues with this PK. First of all, the officer did hit you with his vehicle, though to his credit you were in the middle of a parking standing there, BUT because of it being a unmarked vehicle, I can see how you may have thought it was a simple civilian rather then it being an officer. Additionally along those lines with it being a civilian vehicle, the argument could be made that this is somewhat equivalent/similar to the ruling on how detectives can go about PKing in plain clothes (even if this is not a detective)

Hello, While this is an unfortunate situation generally PKs are only reversed if a server rule was broken. This mistake rests solely on the high command of this faction, its an error on their end we will not be stepping in to reverse the roleplay that has been created. All in all this is an In Character issue stemming from a member of the high command jumping the gun/making a mistake.

Hello, As I mentioned in your ticket, the reason why you were PK'd was because the faction you were in had placed an order to kill you, whilst trying to kill you the shooter did not successfully kill you and allowed you to drive off. EXACTLY 35 SECONDS after you took the last bit of damage you disconnected from the server (not crashed). The intentions here are pretty irrelevant. You left the server whillst a damage cool down was applied to you. If you had left say 10, maybe 5 minutes, after the situation this wouldnt been an issue. But seeing as it was only 35 seconds it's definitely questionable and in my view a form of combat log/LTARP. Firstly, distance isnt really the determining faction here, its moreso the time between last damage and disconnect. Secondly, if you believed it was a situation that could have been RDM you should have made a ticket. Again, scene was not over, to say it was "long after" is a mischaracterization.
