So I'm gonna describe what I see from a second opinion here, he walks in from of your car and stops you beep the horn and not a second late drive I to him (he didn't move into your car) you get out, he gets up pulls out a gun because when you are ran over it resets your ammo and takes it off safety, doesn't threaten other than maybe pointing at you however he puts the gun away and doesn't engage with you. He gets ran over and do does the shotgun guy you wait for them to get up killing the guy you ran over and the shotgun guy who never threatened you or even took his gun off his back. I do not see a real reason to kill especially the guy with the shotgun as he didn't even threaten you at all.

As shown in the video your friend tried to rdm someone and said person was defending themselves, then you jumped in killing him you wanted a reason to kill someone and that's evident, if you think a staff member is biased then feel free to make a staff report

Banning admin here to put it simply you cant kill a person for being a coward, active threat sure which there weren't especially not to you. you have two previous notes for RDM so i believe a ban was in order and give you time to reflect on your actions you been here long enough to know rules surrounding killing RDM etc. Just because a person is being a coward in a "boxing fight" between two consenting parties (you being neither of them) does not give you justification to kill them.

Hey there I'm am the Banning admin, you was Reported by Ling Long Richard i think was the char, he showed me a video where he was being chased by police he was in a char and they were on foot, when he had turned around you sent a round of I'm assuming buckshot into their window killing the driver and passenger, just before i brought him to a sit i remember going to him and you saying something about PK's, anyways when I was going to pull you i saw you left the server 2 minutes after his death and i know you saw him get pulled to a sit since you were speaking to him just beforehand, so I banned you for RDM x2 as you shot and killed 2 people for no reason and you have 2 PO's for RDM. I can see the other officers tried to shoot the wheel out but you send buckshot into their front window. In the video provided by the PKing officer or one of the officers who shot, it is clear you attempted with intent to run them over with no attempt to turn away, stop etc you simply attempted to run over a group of cops and got killed, these are the consequences to your actions, as to no legal proceedings, what do you think would happen when you try to kill cops?

Hey, so when you join a faction there is a prompt where you agree that when joining your at risk for PK at anytime as long there are no server rules being broken the PK is valid. So unless server rules are broken this PK stays valid
