Banning admin here, as I mentioned in your friend's appeal, you were doing anything but actual RP (ramming into cars/people etc), and yes, while I did let you go with just a note/warning for being a passenger most of the time, you did end up RDMing someone in the same night which lead to this ban (you left the server so I couldn't grab you). You paid some random guy $1000 to go and kill a certain individual who wasn't affiliated with you, and for absolutely no valid kill reason. Banning admin here, I watched you and your friend drive around and mess with cops for absolutely no reason. Then I kept watching you as you drove around and hit people with your car (killing one civ near Chinatown) and just ramming into other cars constantly. I must have watched you for at least 20-30 minutes, and you were doing everything but actually RP. It's not just about cop baiting, just generally NITRP and being total minges. This ruins the fun for those who actually enjoy the game, even though you may have a different opinion on what fun might be.

I received 2 different clips on this situation that show him running up to you with a mask and telling you repeatedly to not move in an area where mugs can be initiated, this is intent to mug. Yes, it all happened very fast as I told you before, but you were quick enough to draw a gun in a situation where you shouldn’t have. If you had managed to kill the perp in the situation you’d have him pked as well. Initiation: - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them When can you kill someone during a mugging? - They attempt to fight back while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. Hello, I'm the admin who oversaw the PK. You were PKed for "illegally selling guns while being told not to do anything illegal" using the faction's racket, and overall bringing heat to the faction. When joining a criminal faction you accept the risks that come with it and that includes being PKed for violating the code of conduct.

Commenting because of this: I was the staff member giving you a note a few hours prior to this where you killed somebody who was complying with your demands. I cited the mugging rules and gave you a chance to redeem yourself. A few hours later, you ended up repeating the same behavior, plus additional violations, showing that you basically do not care, and you're just sorry for being banned and unable to attend a faction event. Ban should hold, imho.

Hello, I'm the "admin" who gave you a note for the cop baiting, and honestly, I was being very lenient there. First incident, I was spectating you guys when you were coordinating an attack on a cop, and in that incident, you were apparently flashing your gun to attract the cop's attention. In the moment, I decided to not deem this as RDM since you had F3s and had reason to help your friend, but my suspicions of Cop Baiting were there, and I decided to let you go so that I could spectate you further. I have a clip of this situation, but I am not going to post it here since it's a staff spec, unless I'm told to. Second incident, in a clip where it's clear as day one of you guys are saying "Go find cops" and then when the cop shows up, you decide to flash your gun intentionally to bait him into arresting you. When he does, you proceed to kill him. In my opinion, I have failed as a Staff member not to ban you right then and there. I decided to be lenient and note you all for cop baiting. If the third one was still around when you continued to cop bait (the 'girl char' you used to bait cops with aka STEAM_0:0:599425353), then I'm surprised he is not banned as well, considering his rap sheet. On the other hand, I can confirm there was radio/IC communication during the first two events, and I did not notice any metagaming (not to take away that it may have happened then or later on when I left).
