Why would you evade a ban if you're apologetic and have bettered yourself now? Imho, you should have just appealed your original ban rather than circumventing it. Good luck!

If you're gonna have the power of a physgun, you must be responsible. That means even if it's dead hours don't abuse it, flip cars over w/e. I hope you get them back cause it sucks. Anyways everyone deserves a second chance +1

In-Game Name(s): Akira Morimoto, Corporal Dodo Ferocinni, Vito "Merciless" Camorra Steam Name: Dr.Hax Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197992940490/ Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:16337381 Discord Username: dr_haxx Age: 29 When did you first join the server: March 2025 Total playtime on our Servers (Do !time in-game): 1w 2d 28m Time Zone: GMT+2 How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: Realistically 2 hours per day. Have you read the rules?: Yes. Do you have a working microphone?: Yes. Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes. Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No. However, I'm familiar with ULX from having my own TTT/Deathrun servers so I'm pretty sure I can manage. Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes. ------------------------------------------------- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have over 2.3k hours on GMOD and l have never played anything like Diverge. Sure, there have been some great memories in PERP servers and whatnot but Diverge is just something else. I'd love to be part of the Staff team and contribute to the community. I feel like my timezone (being in EU) can be helpful especially in times of holidays when there are alot more people on early. I really enjoy the server and I'm learning alot each and every day. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Well it would be weird to just say I'm the best here, but I'm not. I have tons of staffing experience in GMOD, having also had a popular TTT server back in the day I think my experience can contribute alot to this community. Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been the owner of a popular TTT server (amongst others) back in the day where I not only managed Staff members but also did alot of staffing myself. It was for about a year and then on and off throughout the years. I have one nice comment from a random user that I (not long ago) noticed on my profile acknowledging that: Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I haven't. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think maybe mixed, some people might not like me because of my suggestions/questions on the forum but honestly I think it's just immaturity at the end of the day and not something anyone should bother with. Other than that, I wouldn't say I'm popular or well known like that. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I've had quite a few moments here and there for my playtime but I would say the most favorite one is the Bodrov Protest. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Well I would try to get a staff member to take it or make a ticket myself. Most of the time people make tickets when they get RDMed or so, and in that case, I would just move on. If all else fails and no one is available to take it, I would swap and take it myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record and document any evidence for a Staff/UA Report as anyone should. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket and assess the situation as if it were any other player. Depending on the severity of it, evidence recorded, past offences, I would punish accordingly. Sometimes that would be just a note, and sometimes it's a ban. Depends. As for the last question, it's hard to say that it doesn't constitute possible bias and anybody that says otherwise might be lying BUT it doesn't mean it cannot be handled without bias. ---------------------------------------------------------

My best guess is to first @ and ask staff to look into if X cop has a main char in a conflict faction. In that case you can provide clips or whatever situation they were involved in so staff can check at that time if he swapped chars and went to the situation etc.
-
I am actually compiling a few clips on a certain staff member that I believe has been biased. Report will be made when it is said and done. I also second you and encourage others to document and record all interactions during a conflict whether it’s staff or PD, and make appropriate reports.
-
Honestly you're super retarded for a guy named MrlogicNova so I'm gonna give you this one post. RDM is a staff concern, not a policing issue. Also this could be argued in different ways but you chose to be stupid about it so I'll leave it at that. I agree. They literally camp known conflict areas and then immediately @ when they got mowed down after a situation has escalated. There should absolutely be some leniency for that.
-
I genuinely think it’s fair to implement a character lock on PD alts when your main character is actively involved in a conflict. At the very least, locking PD alts during active conflict should be a no-brainer. We’ve all seen it: as soon as something heats up against one side, suddenly 10 PD alts fly in and swarm the situation. Let’s not pretend this isn’t happening please. For full transparency—I do have a PD alt, but I’ve barely touched it aside from doing supervisory duties for activity reasons. I get that PD is active right now and there’s a lot going on, but there are absolutely situations where the involvement starts to feel biased. Literally cops before shootout: Cops after shootout:

Just based off of this appeal and your PK Appeal, I have a feeling certain people are gonna get your bad side if you become Staff. Anyways good luck.

I have to shout-out Büllets such a professional and always unbiased.

He pulled out his gun because he said this is your last order and we weren't going give him what he wants. How can pulling out a firearm shortly after making such a threat be considered an idle threat? It doesn't matter if his gun was briefly on safety; the fact that he drew it after explicitly said that this is your last order made it clear that violence was imminent. We simply refused the order because we were leaving, there was nothing about "probably felt unsafe" before the draw, his last order was being disobeyed that's it. I think this is an undeserving ban because of the circumstance. It was an extremely tense situation and unfolded quite naturally. RDM = Random Deathmatch. Based on what is said above is this really RDM?

-1 I don't see alot of W processing happening because of the extra steps. If it's done then it should pay more.

Brand new to the server? Sure, congrats genius, you can read my join date. Bad faction app? Sure but your opinion doesn't matter. "Crazy weird and disliked suggestions"—by who exactly? You and your circlejerk buddies that shit on just about anything here. "hey guys look at this tool (insert thread link here)" "Stupidest questions"—Imagine thinking it's a stupid question to ask about the server location when ping is high. Yeah, genius, I know it's Garry's Mod and it's old, but guess what? Location, routing, hosting providers, outdated addons, poorly optimized maps, engines and scripts all matter too—not just your brilliant analysis of 'cars make lag.' If that's your expert answer, maybe sit this one out. If anyone needs to take a step back from the game, it's you, Mr. "Honorary." You've clearly spent too much time here. Go touch grass.
-
I'm fine don't worry. It's a really good server but it can be even better without too much effort that's all.
-
Seems like I struck a nerve with you. Probably because you're one of the geeks I was calling out. Maybe if you spent less time gatekeeping and more time reading what I actually wrote you'd realize half your rant was just repeating my points. And don't worry about where I came from or my past communities—I mentioned them to give context, not to flex on little keyboard warriors like yourself. Honestly, judging by your triggered response, I'd say you take this hobby way too seriously. Try stepping outside for once. You think I'm delusional? Sure, bud. Meanwhile, you're sitting here writing butthurt paragraphs trying to protect the server from any criticism. Your e-stroking will likely get you staff here so keep at it. Cute TLDR, but you completely missed my point. My issue isn't just "wah cops should raid at any gunshot," it's about actually giving cops and detectives something meaningful to do instead of clowning around chasing traffic violations. But hey, reading comprehension is tough—I get it. LOL
-
you are genuinely delusional

Now I know I'll get sh*t on by certain geeks that think they're some big shot behind the screen because they enjoy mocking newbs but after 4 days of playtime in this server I have some issues. Keep in mind I have over 2k game time in GMOD and most of it was spent in HellsGamers PERP back in the day and a bunch of other RPs. I'm not comparing this to that but merely stating the facts for the kids in here. If you don't like it -rep the sh*t out of me. Couldn't care less about your e-penis power. My first concern - Why is everything so f*cking theatrical and zero-risk? The crybaby japs stand outside their gunstore and bait cops/civs just to get a reason to start shooting/blowing up cars. When you do something against them they instantly @ staff like a bunch of #metoo wussies. The Italians do nothing but eat lobster. Every single faction just wants a reason to out their own interns/associates. Oooooh you got arrested? HERE COMES THE PK TICKET for bringing heat. Oooooooh you're a criminal in a crime family and like to mug or f*ck with other criminals? You're causing too much trouble, time to go! No faction wants to start a war with the other so they let their own get r*ped before they do something or they pay up to avoid it. Because again, zero-risk wussies. I get the realism of it but if your best guy is getting chased by a rival gang because he left them a week ago you best believe there is a war happening if they touch him in any f*cking real life scenario unless they wanna do a sit down and solve it in a different way. No raids happening either, yeah obvious reasons. Cops? Sadly clowns with a badge running around chasing people driving recklessly and running red lights. Getting harassed constantly and rage-baited by civs and factions like the jap babies that like to blow up cars after endlessly provoking them. There is literally no FearRP when it comes to cops, if you're stopping someone and he has loads of sh*t his friend just pulls up behind you and shoots you in the head no big deal, I guess that should be punishable by staff. People can grow hella shit in their apartments and faction properties without any worries of any raid happening. I don't even understand what the detectives/operatives do. They should be out there putting down crime families for good, running surveillance, collecting evidence, and they should have all the power to do it heck even if they have to pay crazy sums to informants, install civ scouts, wiretapping certain areas (yeah sometimes criminals are stupid and say the wrong things outside their faction property). Oh and I guess every single faction higher up has his own detective character so why would they even bother with all of this? Honestly if you're a higher up in a faction you shouldn't be allowed to have a cop character. PERIOD. The conflict of interest is there no matter what you tell me. Heck if one bullet is fired outside of a faction property, no matter what their intent or right is, that should be grounds for a full-on police raid. Maybe there should be a Crime Family/Gang/NARC Task Force with more investigative power, including the ability to be fully disguised as a civilian and not visible anywhere as a cop, able to join and maintain your character as a civilian in a crime family, gather intel and climb the ranks etc etc. Undercover work should be much better IMO, if you know someone has an affiliation with another gang you want to be able to follow that person and gather as much about him as possible, routines, entrys and exits. Who is he speaking to and why? End of rant, also no TLDR.

yall can suck this D buncha geeks
-
What are the costs of properties for faction owners?
-
Yeah like some factions have oil trades while some have arms, clothing, restaurants etc. How does that system work like, and what are the costs for establishing?
-
Makes sense. Hopefully it will be ported to S&box (Source 2) whenever that's out.

Cops PK active during raid (PLS READ BEFORE DECLINING)

What type of businesses can factions purchase and what are the prices? Is there a guide somewhere with all this info.
