What is your motivation/reason for applying?: After being in this server for as long as I have been I have never not thought trying out for staff. I think after seeing other staff members operate that I could give it my best shot, do my best and give something new a try. I've also realized that becoming staff looks and sounds quite fun, So why not? Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I feel as if I have a lot of experience in the more popular rules like minge rules, mugging rules etc. Another reason is because I am able to put in a lot of time and effort into becoming a staff member and also give good advice on the rules and what to do next time. For my final reason on why I think I should be considered over other staff members is because of how I really have no bias toward anyone, If you break a rule you break a rule, and there is nothing more to it. If so, why?: I have been banned 4 separate times in my time playing diverge once for item transfer for a month, 1 for NITRP 12 hours, one for RDM for 3 days , And 1 for Metagame for 6 hours Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I think that I am somewhat well known in the community for my custom items, I think I have an alright reputation for my characters like my cop char and my main. I think other members have a somewhat neutral feeling towards me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: The racket events of '89 and '90 Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Boosted, Dopeasretired, Schmekles, Lunar, Yugi, Hammer, Toast ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Kindly ask another staff member to take my ticket. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and report it either in the forums or report it to a higher staff member A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket, there should be no bias, It does not matter if they are my friend or not, If a rule has been broken then a punishment needs to be given.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I feel as if I am a team player and am going to help everyone to my best ability and give this my all. If so, why?: Have been banned in the past for item transfer, learned my lesson. Haven't Item transferred since. Also been banned for NITRP for 12 hours learned my lesson and my most recent ban was about 1 or 2 weeks ago because I rdmed my friend a couple times and he was mad I made him lose some guns. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * Reskin Demon What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Becoming a Capo of Ohara on my second char ever, instantly and winning a lot of Recruitment competitions (and then getting pked by my own new hire for trying to retire) But in all honesty there is way too may fun memories to count and would love to make more. How do you handle this?: What I would do is swap to my Staff char, take the ticket, address the situation, ask for clips of the incident etc. Check notes of the person that rdmed, if they have extensive notes for rdm issue a ban, If there is not any notes relating to the topic in the past few weeks issue a note. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Contact a Higher rank than them and report A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Honestly Depends if my friend was actually doing something, ie a clip was sent of them doing exactly what the ticket was made about, If so then Bias is not needed since they have to follow the rules same as I do, friend or not.

Why should you be unbanned? I have taken a lot of time to think about what I can do to not have me get banned again. I regret it every time I look at the server and I am very disappointed about my actions. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Nope
