wait, then what is the prompt for then? might as well pay for his college and into his 401k is this actually a bad thing? 95% of them are denied anyway instead of exerting a power that should be authorized as a faction leader (who doesnt want a person in their faction), instead allow for (insert shitbag here) to play an ooc system and have contractually no real way to get PK'd? at best its a guy doing bare minimum weekly, at worst you've found the perfect loophole for rats to try and make PD more powerful by having immunity they'll happily bring to staff every day of the week if their con isn't convincing

then tell gambino, altoviti, takahashi, colombo, and many others to clean the goddamn blood and chalk off of the street

+1 with the recent overhaul city workers got, i dunno if they're in any dire need for more, plus i don't trust a loose band of new players to be effectively cleaning up the city im definitely more in line with the idea factions being able to use it as a front- cleaning services are one of the quintessential mobster services and this seems like the perfect opportunity to see them more properly introduced.

bring back being an actual dumbass earning your shitty rep

-1 this is broken, theres no way the police would be able to enforce this
-
-1 not bad a thought, but imo fighting shouldn't be well practiced. you're either seasoned or you're not; that should be your character. no trying to practice bhopping, strafing, and ADADADAD spamming trying to matrix hop over bullets with a movement-damage weapon build based entirely off numbers and meta that you've practiced for hours on end. if its worth that much to you, buy what you need IC and practice that way

+1 for /me's involving taking weapons out of trunks big -1 for adding /me's to concealable weapons. it totally nullifys the point of its concealability +1/-1 for unslinging open carry weapons. imo its kinda useless but i could see it being cool for the sake of showmanship -1 on the melees as well since they could also be able to be taken out discretely
-
+1 theres no way you should be able to do it while driving lol. moving your mouse seems a little excessive imo but if your cursor comes off of the vehicle that seems like it should be enough to cancel it

schrödinger's douchebag. rp is good, but only when it supplements you- if its anywhere else its too serious and cringe. you're definitely the same mf who comes into another business, throws shit everywhere, doesn't pay, and leaves and calling it 'good rp' just to whine all the way home when someone is being 'too srs' when people come by and wants you to pay for acting like a shitbag (you saw them come in and probably went 'afk' cause you hate accountability) people like you have gotten way too comfortable talking shit ic and not having any repercussions. the gamemode is meant to be cut throat but its nearing a point of people having infinite tries from how much you can fuck up now- you're testament to that. the server is '1980s roleplay' not 'take the piss in southside_redux'. go play vrchat/darkrp or something- hell, maybe roblox is more your speed. theres no way you genuinely thought you cooked here and if you did you're genuinely cooked.

i'd love to see an acquirable car bomb-- but i think starting out it should be only craftable and able to be crafted by felons just to make ensure the market isn't flooded with them by every fac leader who wants to burn a gorillion dollars for a war fund of car bombs though one issue would be a car vanishing when a bomb is planted in it physical bombs would be interesting too but tougher to explain. perhaps they could be crafted/scaled for a more personal hand grenade size device all the way up to an explosive designed to attack businesses (should take up 4x4 slots or something as well as slow a person considerably) interesting idea: certain items could require an ID to purchase and felons could be unable to purchase some items required to craft bombs. if a person with a valid ID buys too many bomb ingredients in a short time span (days, possibly even weeks) they could be legally investigated by the police- and even a warrant issued. all of this would be aimed to make bomb-making and acquiring its components a high risk endeavor. tentative and soft +1. if done wrong this idea could be absolutely horrible and rightly shouldn't be something to become commonplace-- but in a world of crime explosives are a very real possibility and could prove to be an equalizer for smaller factions looking to make an impact

we need more gangs but i dunno if this is it. +1 to see where it goes. gl

double distance to the barge remove 7-12, place a second mansion (also for the governor) bring back fbi

this is probably the best way to do it imo. i don't think you can directly add to the age cause it might make some pretty awkward discrepancies - especially since no real way to rationalize people serving multiple year long sentences and having their age be changed when its still 1989. a sort of age 'point system' like this will still discourage repeat offenders.
-
i totally agree id like to think it might inspire someone to make another repair shop at somewhere like 7-12, the jewel shop in china town or anywhere really that has the real estate thats just me being optimistic though lol
-
what if instead fac's with auto repair shop businesses could have the ability to own/lease vehicle spawner pads from the city? (provided they have the space for one) you would have to pay to take vehicles out/put them away instead of being free (maybe like ~$500-1k or sumn, idk). money goes right to the business and could be taxed thru the city as normal during tax season or a regular flat separate rate for those who opt into owning one

soft -1 good idea, obv saves time- but the drug system is already gamified enough. if anything we need a way to make it more interactive not less not that clicking 10-20 times is riveting gameplay
-
all of this is only a good idea if the police are also strictly subject to following these as well- or else its just going to be gamed out into high hell by every DT and their dog. no more cops doing absolutely egregious maneuvers, mowing down small crowds and pleading oopsie-daisy. if the hammer comes down on civ driving then police are going to need to be held to a much higher standard too. it'll have to be enforceable as well, no more 'i didn't see it so it didn't happen' bs excuses of cops getting a dash cam pass but anyone else having a camera in a vehicle not being allowed to get footage (it must be equipped and the person recording not driving is a reasonable ask for something like this imo)

+1 anyone else got the mandela effect where we did have functioning pool one night like 3-4 years ago and it totally bricked the server and was removed in the same night?
-
yeah? i noticed? i dont see your point. post isn't about what you want it to be, its about making it easier to build on the build server
-
+1 great idea; no reason why this shouldn't already be a standard for UC practices.
-
never seen you a day in my life on the build server btw, dunno why you even care about this nor do i have any reason trust your 'expertise' on whether or not something has usefulness grats on the post ig
