What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Here’s what happened: I mugged a Russian dude who was standing alone near the nightclub at night. While I was mugging him, my playermodel was an old guy with a beard and glasses, and I had both an oxygen mask and another mask on that made me show up as a masked individual. After the incident, I stayed hidden inside Imperial for about 20 minutes. Then I went to Urban Outfitters and changed everything: my playermodel, beard, glasses, oxygen mask, even my description. I completely switched identities. After that, I stayed hidden in Garrison for a long time. I even opened a ticket and explained the whole situation to Shauningt, asked a bunch of questions about mugging. You can see the questions I asked and the answers I got in the screenshots below. After the ticket, everything seemed normal to me. Then there was this guy, very obviously Russian, waiting in front of our shop. I’m not exaggerating, he stayed there for about 3 hours. My faction member friend warned him multiple times to leave the property, but he didn’t respond (he later claims he was AFK). Eventually one of my employees shot and killed him. About 15 minutes later, he came back and PK'ed me. What I don’t understand is this: it had been 3 hours since the incident, and I had completely changed my appearance; face, clothes, description, even playermodel. So how and why did I get PK’d? The most obvious part of this is being a street gang, I think its vital to the server to have differing variety in factions with differing structures, ideals, end goals. I think the main problem is that all the factions have the same goal currently, make a ton of money and advance their racket. The goal of this faction is to act as an alternative from the rest, We do not intend to make a profit or achieve a high end racket. We simply want to provide realistic street gang roleplay without the pressure of constantly processing. With that being said, taking things by violence and domination is the centerpiece of a street gang. Obviously rampant violence and robberies have a negative connotation on the server and is closely tied to mingy behavior. In which we plan to counter this belief by making this a hard faction to join and be extremely picky about who to let in. The faction will not be tailored around a typical crime family structure but rather a crew structure to reflect the reality of a street gang. It will not be a big faction by any means and I can say that confidently now instead of sugarcoating it, I want this to be a niche group of quality role-players that set an example of how to be selective with members and etc. The most controversial part of this faction which I think will be unpopular but I think is worth the experiment, I intend on making people apply to join this faction, I want to really dig out the minges and bad larpers associated with a street gang. The application process would compose of something like a character backstory, providing RP examples, and obviously asking them what they bring to the table RP wise. The application inherently is completely OOC but I feel like it will get a good grasp on mingy behavior and I think my track record goes to show my stance on minges and poor RPers Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): I am not going to sugarcoat this either and make up nonsense event ideas I'm never going to do, but I can guarantee that we will have power vacuums to keep things interesting and make sure people are not emotionally attached to their gmod items, especially as a street gang member. The best way to keep people interested is to keep them on their toes, even though the vacuum is fabricated to a degree, you still have the risk of losing your character which all people accept is going to happen especially when they join a faction. These dynamics can lead to fun situations between juggling external and internal affairs where we all have fun which is the point of the faction. Also as aforementioned, the exclusivity of the faction is a big selling point for the faction and should motivate people to be good at RP and what they do to hold their spot which is critical in retention. Your story isn't matching up anymore. Before Luca died there was 2 or 3 meetings I had privately. All of them were discussing either Luca, Ralphie or old timers that would be coming back. There was not a single time I disrespected high command nor plotted to coup. And to touch on your story not matching up, you said that I disrespected you and The Machine during the sitdown. Luca Vintaloro died not too long after that. If these are old orders but you state that I disrespected you both during the sit, why is the disrespect added into the pk orders? Your reasonings don't align up, you have no proof of anything I was pk'd for, nor did grizzly investigate before taking the ticket.

Hello I'm commenting because I saw things that led up to the PK outside the Garrison. The hunting party had been camping the Garrison going in and out and looking at Akira he ended up sitting on the railing outside the Garrison pretending to be afk to stake out our business. He was told to leave the area and was killed. He was actively hunting one of our people who was pk active and was killed by one of our people before he shot his target so I'd like to make an argument that he should be PKd for that and Akira's should be null and void. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: First of all, never was I plotting a coup. I supported the current Don after we had a meeting to vote for a new Don. There was discussion about what to do and who we wanted as boss after Arty died. After we made The Machine (gozmouz) boss, we talked about how we're concerned about old timers coming back to kill us. We had a big made man sitdown discussing Luca Quacks (who reinstated himself as a captain and was calling all of these shots for the faction and spoke for the faction in commission meetings when the streetboss was there). Everything was respectful and everything. Until Luca Vintaloro pulled out a gun and threatened everyone in the room (which led him to his demise). However, there was no coup being discussed nor was there any disrespect from me to high command. I doubt they can provide any proof of this and I personally believe this was an OOC/Metagamed PK since Whitey/Upir (the UB of Bonannos) is tight with bullets. I had no involvement with couping discussions, I've never disrespected high command, the pk was most likely revenge from bullets which was metagamed. I think this should seriously be looked into / investigated. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

These meetings I had privately weren't even relating to you. We all agreed we wanted you in a position. Only talks we had were discussing how we should approach The Machine about Luca Quacks. There was never a single time that we said we didn't want you as high command, nor did I say that. We banded these made guys to make a point, that point being that we didn't like what The Machine was doing. And in the sitdown, all we discussed was Luca Quacks, and us showing gratitude for resolving external conflicts.

To touch on this again; Nowhere in the rules does it state that you are able to coup an underboss. There's only talks of couping a Don. You either have false suspicions that I was gonna coup machine (which I would never do because I believe gozmouz is a good leader), or like I've stated previously in the forums, this pk was metagame and ooc because Mr. ibullets wanted to kill me in speculation that I got him killed. There is just too many things wrong with this PK and your arguments.

So tell me. 1. How did I disrespect you or Machine in the sitdown? I said multiple times that I wanted the sitdown to stay respectful after Mental and Bullets disturbed the sitdown. I de-escalated or at least tried to de-escalate any situation that happened. There was absolutely nothing I said in the sitdown that could have been determined as disrespect. 2. I said I didn't want you to become Don and that's why I voted The Machine rather than you. I had multiple meetings discussing; if Lefty were to get Don, if he would put you as Consig or Underboss. We all wanted to keep you in HC and there was no discussion of couping you nor removing you from high command. Tommy Diamond told me, and I quote, "Whitey said he's alright with Lefty becoming boss". It's extremely obvious that this was retaliation for Luca Quacks, since (I believe) he thinks that I was the reasoning Luca Vintaloro died.
