Ever since the server changed like 2 days ago, people’s playermodels been bugging out after they go unconscious. The outfit they got on just stays floating in the air visually and everything except their head turns invisible for a bit. They stay invisible till it fixes itself so you just see a floating head moving around

Massive +1 I know this dude for over a year now and i never seen him did something wrong. He was always active on the server and ever since he became Don he been putting mad time into making a good RP and tryna improve shit over his faction. He pretty much revived the whole faction by himself and i witnessed all that by myself. If he wanna help the community i 100% think he can do that, and he would be a great pick for the staff FS.

Hello, PK’ing guy here. First of all, I want to state that you didnt get PK’ed because of a failed mugging, you got PK’ed because of FearRP. I was at the LAV apps and saw you there, you had a gun in your hand. But right before leaving the apps, you put your gun away, so I pulled mine out and said, “Put your hands up and come back here.” I said that multiple times. It was obvious I was trying to put you under Fear RP for a REASON, and that reason was mugging you. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. I can truly say I would’ve rather had you give up and let me mug you instead of PK’ing you, because PK doesn’t give me money like your outfit would. You didn’t listen and tried to run away for your life. You were carrying a PM-9 in your hand while you got PK’ed. At the admin sit, you said, “I didn’t hear he was talking to me,” and now you’re saying, “He never properly specified it was a mugging.” So which one is it? You didn’t hear me, or you heard me but didn’t understand it was a mugging? You admitted it was your mistake and wanted to get away from the PK with just a warning. At the end of the day, I put my own life at risk to mug you. Instead of getting mugged, you chose to run away, put your gun out, and try to hide in the bushes. You died while trying to get away. I told you multiple times to put your hands up and come back, and when you didn’t listen, I started shooting at you. Even if you really didn’t hear everything, or heard me but didn’t understand it, did you never stop to think why a masked guy in the middle of nowhere was yelling at you and pointing a gun at you? This was my reason for this PK 3. If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. Everything besides that, you’re just trying your chances with this appeal, and I don’t got any problem with that. But you should’ve known that if somebody is forcing you to do something while holding a gun on you, there are only 2 things you can do. First, you obey the guy’s orders, or second, you try to run away/fight back. If somebody from your faction or your F3 had shot me while you were hiding in the bushes or trying to run away, or if you had pulled your gun out and shot me yourself, I would’ve been the one dead in that situation. You chose the second option and failed while trying it. It was a valid RP. Wishing you the best of luck on your appeal tho!!

I been playing on Diverge for over 2 years now and honestly I never really paid attention to whether there was a despawn timer back then or not, but im telling you rn it would turn into a complete shitshow during crowded hours.

Hello, first i gotta point out there aint really a exact countdown for cars to despawn on the server. when there is more cars out and the server gets laggy asf with high ping/ms/tps, the despawn timer starts getting shorter the more players get online and more cars are currently spawned. If u log in during dead hours in the morning and leave ur car outside, you will notice its barely even despawns at all, and even if it does it takes way longer than usual. (AS I KNOW) your suggestion honestly makes sense and trust me UA would probably love make it happen too, but there is a reason this system exists in the first place. Garrys mod is literally just an old half-life mod and the game is so OLD, so the car plugin (SIMFPHYS) causes insane lag and fps issues for players once too many vehicles are spawned. Since the game is old there is not really many options to fix it up, so the only real solution is clearing unused cars ASAP to keep the server stable. Idk if u ever noticed before but sometimes the server straight up won’t even let u spawn a car and gives that “You can’t spawn a vehicle right now” message in the top right. Long story short the idea is good but realistically its not possible to make it work.

Hello, recently while i was recruiting people i realized something and i think this could use a rule change. Its about buying the company car after getting into the faction WL, then leaving right after buying it and still being able to use it. ● If they have left the gang/family without approval from the leader, while holding the position of made man+ (or appropriate equivalent), they may be subject to a PK. Entry level associates who are not made or deeply committed to the organization may leave without harm as their position is low and they know very little. (Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc) <You will be asked to provide evidence of rank> This does not apply if they have partaken in felony criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc that are directly related to your faction (However these actions must be verified). Generally under most don's orders. I aint saying somebody who just joined a faction should get PK’d over some small/dumb reason at all. People got the right to change they mind and i %100 agree with it. But at the same time i really feel like this rule needs a lil update or something added onto it because the current system people are allowed to joining every faction WL, buys their company car without ever touching the drug racket, then just leaves and repeats the same thing over and over. Dude could literally collect cars from every faction and there is nothing against that. And there is also the fact u already get like 10k to 15k for a 30 min shift. You get the company car and WL because after the job you basically say “yeah i wanna stay as a employee” They make it clear from the start how you gonna be parth of something (legal/illegal doesnt matter). The whole point is even if u aint see anything illegal, that still dont justify taking the car and leaving. In my opinion there is 2 ways to make this make sense. Either add faction WL company cars into the same category as touching the racket, or give factions PK rights over somebody once they get trusted enough to access those faction assets which is directly related to a faction. Realistically speaking, we are roleplaying 1990 southside New York mafia type shit. If somebody comes into your business, works there for like a day, proves himself enough to get inside, gets trusted with a company vehicle and paid for his shift, then suddenly goes “nah i dont want to work with yall anymore” or just straight up disappears with access to faction assets. There is no way people would let that slide back in the 90's. Cause at the end of the day, the company car is still faction WL only and represents the company itself. Example: a couple days ago i hired like 4 people, took their info, put them on pager, got them recruited, handed them company cars and paid them 15k, told them “if you need anything just hit me up” and literally like 5 seconds after leaving they left the faction, started riding around the city with OUR company cars, spent the money and were already on their way to do the exact same thing to another faction. Because of this kind of move, cops or other people might start judging the faction just because of the company car situation, even if he’s not working for the company that gave it to him anymore. Or, without needing to add more PK reasons, just make the company car that belongs to the faction WL cant be accessed by people who is not in the WL anymore. Im not saying every little thing should lead to PK, but faction vehicles are faction assets too. If you trusted somebody enough to get him in the WL, that already means they were involved enough with the organization. Even If the recruiter doesnt explains the Illegal side of the faction, the game already makes it very clear when you try to join the WL as full time employee means getting involved in an illegal org. It literally tells you this isnt some safe clean path, it comes with risks, you might lose your character, and you gotta protect your goals while knowing all that from the start. Otherwise people can just abuse this and get as many cars from multiple factions as they want. Long story short, i really think making a change on this would be okey, wouldnt feel weird at all. If anyone took the time to read this, i appreciate it. Drop your own thoughts.
