Im not tryna find a loophole at all This is my fifth time getting PK’d, and its the first time Im actually appealing one with all due respect, in my opinion this whole PK situation is straight up bullshit Y’all are the ones who need to admit you took the L on that mugging lol you camped in front of Garrison for more than 2 hours just to PK me I didnt lose anything on my character that I actually care about anyway. Like I said, it’s just that this whole situation ending in a PK doesnt make ANY sense to me, and Im here to stand on that bro like tf?

When we ran into each other behind Garrison, I was still wearing my mugging fit and, if im not mistaken, my mask was on too After that encounter, i switched everything up, and hours had already passed since the situation

I get what you saying, but what i dontt understand is this after i switched everything about myself, how did they even figure out i was the one who mugged them? it had been hours since the situation, and I was in a completely different fit with a whole different playermodel. On top of that, i never used voice chat at all so taking all that into account, i really dont get how they managed to identify me IC EDIT: You still had the grey/white hair male09 model, with a gas mask on and a black bandanna on. After this you were set PK active to Popov This exactly what I’m tryna get at when they saw me i had my mugging fit on just like you said, mask on and all. After that I switched up everything, like everything, stayed low, and then 3 hours later I get identified and PK’d while I’m basically a whole different person? The reason i opened a ticket and asked Shauningt about it was to figure out if there was still any way for them to identify or hunt me. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Here’s what happened: I mugged a Russian dude who was standing alone near the nightclub at night. While I was mugging him, my playermodel was an old guy with a beard and glasses, and I had both an oxygen mask and another mask on that made me show up as a masked individual. After the incident, I stayed hidden inside Imperial for about 20 minutes. Then I went to Urban Outfitters and changed everything: my playermodel, beard, glasses, oxygen mask, even my description. I completely switched identities. After that, I stayed hidden in Garrison for a long time. I even opened a ticket and explained the whole situation to Shauningt, asked a bunch of questions about mugging. You can see the questions I asked and the answers I got in the screenshots below. After the ticket, everything seemed normal to me. Then there was this guy, very obviously Russian, waiting in front of our shop. I’m not exaggerating, he stayed there for about 3 hours. My faction member friend warned him multiple times to leave the property, but he didn’t respond (he later claims he was AFK). Eventually one of my employees shot and killed him. About 15 minutes later, he came back and PK'ed me. What I don’t understand is this: it had been 3 hours since the incident, and I had completely changed my appearance; face, clothes, description, even playermodel. So how and why did I get PK’d? There is already a setting for that. Just open your Q menu, go to the top right and click on Options, then you’ll see ‘Attachments’. Go in there and if you set ‘Attachment Locking’ and ‘Lose Atts. On Death’, it should fix it.

I actually read the whole thing, making clothes non-muggable and saying actions during a mug don’t count as FearRP or PK doesn’t really make sense to me. From a roleplay perspective, going against people who are trying to rob you is literally putting your life at risk, so I definitely think it should count as PK. As for the money system, I think it makes sense, but if they add a rule like that, everyone’s just gonna keep their money in the bank and stop carrying cash. Instead of this, Im more in favor of fixing the inconsistencies in the Mug Char and Mass Mugging rules. The main reason is that there are a lot of players whove been in the community for a long time, follow all the RP rules, but still end up getting perma banned because of how flexible and unclear the mugging rules are. Even right now, there are a couple ban appeals pending from well-known and respected members of the community because of this.
