What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation for applying comes from watching some of my good friends or even other candidates become a staff member and actually contribute to the community, as well as the amount of time I spend on diverge almost everyday. I feel that I have a ton of free time on my hands and I truly do want to contribute to the roleplay experience on a further level and prove those wrong who think I am incapable. Frequently, I am checking /staffinfo to see who's online and whatnot but there are usually many tickets open with staff who are either AFK or in some cases there are just too many tickets to handle at a time... I feel that with my flexible availability I would contribute a lot to clearing up tickets especially during peak activity since that's when I am usually available. I know I have a very long history of PO's... but after my last permanent ban I realized that I truly do enjoy being a part of this community and that is not the path I want to go down. It has been 9 months since my last ban and I think it is about time I make this application, as I've been considering it for a while now. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Considering the years I've spent on Diverge, I would absolutely say I have plenty of experience in the mafia roleplay field especially since I am high command IC. Also, I do have some prior staffing experience which I feel would help me catch on easier to any trainings/lessons hosted upon recruitment. I do notice bias is a big discussion around town, so I would of course remain 100% neutral during anything staff related no matter if it is my faction member or an enemy faction member. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Atomic DarkRP - Moderator (2 months roughly) Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, multiple times. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I am well known considering I am HC of a pretty big faction (Kosher). I honestly do not know how others might feel about me, but we will find out soon. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: The War of 89' (beautiful coordination from both sides & lore) Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would instantly save a clip from the situation to reach out to another staff member who can handle the ticket and provide them with the proof necessary to punish the offender accordingly, and compensate the victim in the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Again, I would save clips from any abuse and file all of them into a staff report on the forums, since abuse is not tolerated. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Yes, if you are taking a ticket where your friend or faction member has a ticket made against him, it will constitute bias in other people's eyes and that is why it is frowned upon. If any of my friends or faction members had a ticket on them I would avoid taking the ticket, and if I am already in the ticket I might ask another staff member to take over depending on the severity. ---------------------------------------------------------

This would allow us to check our activity, know the exact # of people on our whitelist, and unwhitelist people without staff. Allowing the FL to go through and unwhitelist people who haven’t played in many months would also cut down on old players coming back to abuse rackets. Most factions (unless you have someone frequently clean your WL) have 500+ people on their whitelist. I personally know that I have people from 2024 still on my whitelist.

Of course, I have a pretty lengthy record starting from years back... I used to be a minge and did not value the server or community at all but like I said I have come to realize this community is more than just a garry's mod server and I do want to take it serious. My last ban was about 9 months ago and I want to prove to everyone that I am capable of changing my ways.

In converting the Casino into, lets say 4 office spaces, you'll create the following productive RP situations: - You'll expand LegalRP to have a place on the map, which means; - More IC RP taking place in the city, which means; - There will be an increased player count in the city. - The city will rake in more money from property, which means; - Expanded Budgets for NYPD and Public Defenders/District Attorneys Offices - It'll flourish that side of town which currently is underserved with RP. - Player-owned Casinos [Kwik Kash Kasino, Lucky Lady, etc.] would have more of a monopoly, which means; - Players needing to scratch that itch would be forced into player interactions, which means; - The city would experience more RP as a result. - Casino Tables that are in the current Casino building could be moved into the properties of the player owned casinos, much like how Lucky Lady has it currently. This seems like a small adjustment to the map that would bring so much needed RP, especially after the destruction of World Corp. Pendred: That'll exceed the current budget of the map's textures or whatever Us: Just deleted that stupid little shadow realm dimension that is accessible only from a small prop on the roofs. Or even the GOVERNORS MANSION.
