Oil Containers, LSD Barrels, and Meth Barrels all have the same image. This leads to confusion when trying to sort out between all 3. Example 1: You're selling oil to Rockefeller, but accidentally put in LSD or Meth Example 2: You're doing a crew deal for LSD: Meth, but something either gets mixed up or an accidental oil container gets slipped in there Although these things can be solved through close examination of every item, it would be best if all 3 aren't the same image. Perhaps a change in color for each of the barrels could be a good addition, or different images altogether for LSD and Meth.

How do you handle this?: I would clip it, ask another staff member to assess the situation and let him make his own decision of the situation. What do you do?: I would report them to a member of staff above their position. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would ask another staff member to take the ticket, not because I would be bias but because the person the ticket is made against may believe the decision could be bias and unfair. --------------------------------------------------------- Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. In converting the Casino into, lets say 4 office spaces, you'll create the following productive RP situations: - You'll expand LegalRP to have a place on the map, which means; - More IC RP taking place in the city, which means; - There will be an increased player count in the city. - The city will rake in more money from property, which means; - Expanded Budgets for NYPD and Public Defenders/District Attorneys Offices - It'll flourish that side of town which currently is underserved with RP. - Player-owned Casinos [Kwik Kash Kasino, Lucky Lady, etc.] would have more of a monopoly, which means; - Players needing to scratch that itch would be forced into player interactions, which means; - The city would experience more RP as a result. - Casino Tables that are in the current Casino building could be moved into the properties of the player owned casinos, much like how Lucky Lady has it currently. This seems like a small adjustment to the map that would bring so much needed RP, especially after the destruction of World Corp. There is a severe and sorely felt lack of adequate religious service on Diverge - especially egregious as most of the playerbase inhabits the server 12 hours a day 7 days a week - and it would therefore only be fitting to convert the server's casinos into Twelver Shia Masjids. The moral character of the scum who play the server would immediately be improved by access to digital Imams, who I will provide at a discounted rate, providing religious and dating instruction to the incels and prostitutes here. One time a guy brought meth into Rockefeller. I sold his oil, gave him the cash. Didn’t realize I had a singular barrel of meth on me. Went to the PD to represent some person as a lawyer. Cops searched me, found the meth which I believed was oil while searching me before I went into the PD. Instantly got arrested. +1

I've noticed that these times are when the most issues happen. I'd also like to add that for sometime I've considered staff I just never applied. After becoming more active then ever I feel as If I should give back for the time I've been putting into the server. Diverge is the only Gmod server I take serious and I'd like to try my best to make it a better place. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment from Diverge would be from my days in the MacArthur Family it was my first faction. After sometime in the faction a coup took place. It was crazy to experience and shortly after I joined the Flanagan's. I spent a ton of time with them and rose through the ranks and experienced several wars. Event wise it would be when the redcoats fought the Americans on fourth of July I believe it was. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the event and make a staff ticket. I would let the staff member taking the ticket know exactly step by step what happened as well as showing the clip I would have. While doing so I would make sure the event was actually RDM and not a misunderstanding. I would then try my best to ensure there is no bias opinions from the staff member taking the ticket. After the event is resolved I would keep away from the person who RDM'd me to my best ability. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would ensure I have solid proof of the member abusing staff powers. I would then follow staff chain of command and provide the proof as needed. And if possible I would also find evidence of prior staff abuse to further ensure the person abusing staff would have no ways of continuing to do so . A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There would be absolutely no bias in a matter of this fashion. If a member of my faction was accused of RDM'ing or minging I would look at it as any other ticket I would be taking. They would be treated the same as everyone else and I would ensure the evidence is solid proof of the accusation. Even if they rarely RDM or minge I would still look at it as a possibility and handle the matter as I would anyone else. ---------------------------------------------------------

Alot of my warnings/ bans are very minor and old and are mainly just rdm from my crashout days. Still from my time of taking a break from this server people still ask for me to come back and request for me to attempt to appeal my ban even tho i brought it upon myself and asked for the perma ban when the ban itself was originally only 2 days Why should you be unbanned? I mainly just needed a break from the server which acting a fool and begging for a perma ban was not the right way of doing it. It made me realize alot of things about myself of how i should act when im on the server and amongst the community. I’ve been around even when the server had people from mobsters paradise and i feel like i can be a better person to people throughout the community to bring better help to new players throughout the server from my experience i can understand not wanting me back in the community because i had a very much hate love relationship with people of the community i wish to attempt to change that and show people even when having a rough upbringing can have a good impact on the community even from being on this server a long time. I had a lot of issues with myself that i have worked on and calmed down as a person and i would love to be able to come back and have a fun time with the community and fix whatever problems and issues with people inside the server as a whole. I Had alot of ongoing problems during my time of being on the server with me losing alot of close friends that i've know for years and it honestly hurt me and caused me to act very stupid during that time. it is no excuse for my actions or behavior but i would hope to show even after all this time of me being on here and all the mistakes i've made that i could make a big change and do better overall as a person on this server. i would expect if somehow my ban appeal would to be approved that i would be held a high example to follow the rules and community guidelines and if i was to make a mistake once. to be immediately perma ban indefinitely which would never come to happen if i was welcome back into this community. I expect some toxicity to come back my way through the comments or from people in the server but i would love to work through the past and put it aside and make some changes with eachother. Hello, Let me start off by saying that I am a returning player looking for a unique way to start a business and make money. However, I was perplexed by my recent discoveries. The only methods of earning cash is through player owned businesses, which is great. But, I expected that returning after more than three years the mundane tasks of running a restaurant and or grinding shipments would've been added onto. Of course, player backed businesses are the backbone of this economy. However, I would love to see the server attempt to expand upon the current businesses. Correct me if I am wrong, because I might be after returning from 3 years. The last significant "Quality of Life" update that I have seen was the "Jailer NPC" that the Police Department received way back when. I still have my infamous BAR-Certified Character. Which leads me to lean towards starting up a Law Firm, however I find multiple quality issues in this section of roleplay which should be widely considered as so vital and interconnected to other parts of roleplay such as PoliceRP, CourtRP, etc. And should not be overlooked. 1. Money: Ability to charge fees to the defendant represented = Right now, cops are reluctant to uncuff criminals in the cells, and that doesn't guarantee they have the money on them. 2. Place of Operations: With the removal of World Corp, it is hard to find a good place to discuss legal matters. Something small, like a small little hole-in-the-wall room for law firms to own. I could probably think of many other ideas to help revitalize this section of roleplay, let's just start with these two.
